I continue to get error messages about my vent needing to be cleaned and it stops drying. My vents are clean as a whistle as confirmed by the dryer vent company more than once. Super disappointing and frustrating! If you want your items to dry without having to continually walk in and turn the dryer back on, DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!

If you keep getting “Check Vent” alerts after cleaning the vents, check the internal lint filter and ensure the ductwork is rigid or semi-rigid metal. Flexible foil or plastic ducts may restrict airflow and activate the sensor, even if external vents are clear. For those, I typically have to add additional time after it says it done using the timed dry.

LG is a great brand an this smart dryer does it all. It senses how much laundry is loaded and will set the specific time to dry that load. We love our new dryer!

Since it’s electric all we had to do was plug it in and make sure the vent was in properly. Super easy to handle.
