So far I love it, Like the app when it tells me it's done. Turned the little chime off because of the dog hearing it and thinking it was the doorbell and barking, lol

Seems to take longer drying bulky items. Could just be our lack of knowledge of the settings? Previous LG dryer, 8-9 yrs old, dried these things in one cycle. Over all still happy with it

It was a very good experience from start to finish. The delivery crew had a tough job going up a big hill, but got the job done quickly and efficiently.

The dryer performs well with plenty of options for drying the items in the dryer. The only drawback to the dryer is that the dryer door doesn’t stay open when I am moving clothes from the washer to the dryer.

Haven't had it long and still learning to work it. Lots of drying options. Taking me a bit to get the right temperature down to dry the clothes. Has been a bit frustrating but I'll get it down and learn how to get right the first time.

I have purchased LG products before and all have proved reliable. This dried was no exception. The installation crew was on time and finished very quickly. Very pleased.

I love this set! It is truly amazing and works so well! I love the phone capability so I can be anywhere in the house and get notification that my laundry is done.

I replaced my 19 yr old Maytag with this one. Not impressed. But it is what it is. Has an indention on the back to semi-accomodate for smaller spaces to reduce some of the bulkiness of the aluminum exhaust but that accomodations can only be used if exhaust goes to the left. Unfortunately my exhaust goes to the right so I had to leave space to accommodate the piping. As far as drying goes, clothes don't come out as dry, sometimes I have to run it for an additional 20 minutes to get them completely dry.

The door on this dryer is set to open downward (we were not asked how we wanted it when installed) but it only opens about a third of the way. This is very unhandy for loading and unloading. I don't understan why the door doesn't open all the way down.

Misleading information about the door. The hamper door option only opens 40% of the way making it difficult to use that to really unload the dryer. The description doesn't indicate that it's only a partial opening door. LG designed it to open downward, why not let it open all the way? I would have given it five stars if this was the case since this was what I was looking for when I wanted a new dryer. Now I have to either live with it not being what I want or deal with having to ship it back to Best Buy myself to get a different one. #RippedOff

So far so good, this washer machine has been one of the best! I love it’s Bluetooth and we get notified when the wash is complete.

Drying in half the time as my old one . Am loving the gray color matching all my appliances.

This dryer is amazing! dries clothes with just one cycle (my previous dryer I had to do 2 or 3 cycles for big loads) this one dries your load with one cycle!

So far pleased with this machine. Had to work out a few bugs with the exhaust sensor but no issues, even though it was a scratch and dent model.

I continue to be disappointed in this dryer. It stops before the entire load is dry. My last set of washer/dryer worked beautiful until the washer died. I checked Consumer Reports before buying this latest set, and the top 12 were all LG, so I am quite disappointed.

Had it about a month. Drys well and I love the front glass view. The kids like to turn the light on and watch the clothes tumble. Reversing the door was a bit of a pain, but other than that, it’s been great.

Amazing unit. Like the color black and how big the drum is to fit alot of towels and clothes .

This dryer has been amazing so far. Pet hair hasn’t been a problem.
