    We like the dryer and the capacity of it however, anything with a drawstring will get caught in the dryer vent and end up tangling everything else in the load. It has ruined several of our clothes. They need to reconfigure the dryer vent and send a replacement to consumers.

    Overall this is a good machine. However when using the delicate/low setting, it doesn't "sense" when the clothes are dry. it doesn't matter if it is just a few items or a full load. Even when I choose "most dry" setting, my clothes won't dry on the automatic setting. It can be manually manipulated to get items dry with a low setting.
