Bad Batch

It was damaged to the point where if I were delivering it, I would have never taken it off the truck!!!!

If you love to wait

Now they’re saying they will be delivered on February 4th. The appliances that were supposed to be delivered on January 28-29 are delayed, and on top of that, they casually tell me I can cancel if I want. I planned my moving date and everything based on this delivery. Do not rely on Best Buy’s delivery service!

Overpriced

Will never buy another LG product

Takes forever to dry… yet it’s brand new??!?!!

For the timed dry, it still takes several cycles to dry and clothing comes out wrinkled, stiff, and full of static. Horrible quality and way overpriced. I would have been better off going with a used dryer instead of wasting money so much money on something that doesn’t work.

Now, best buy can’t replace this one (yes I have the warranty), so im stuck getting a mismatch dryer unless I want to pay for a new washer. I’ve talked with customer service for over 2 months to resolve this issue but I am being told basically to just settle for a lesser, mismatch dryer.

Very disappointed

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this peace of lemon from best buy with extra protection, and it is been headache since it is not working properly and I have been played in between Manufacture warranty and best buy protection without a resolution, I have contacted both parties and still till this day for 3 months having issue, so I guess never use LG or best buy again for appliances.

Never dries a load completely

I usually keep a dryer for 10 years or more. Unfortunately I don't think this one will make it. The door I thought would let down all the way; it does not. It never completely dries a load. If I push the "more dry" button it seems like it's going to overheat. I should have purchased another Samsung. I purchased LG because all of my new kitchen appliances are LG and they're doing great. Maybe dryers or not their thing.

I have cancer and depend on 2 specific blankets for comfort. Each time I dry them (separately) they come out as if I didn’t turn the dryer on! I’ve tried every setting. It’s bad enough to go through and feel like hell EVERY day but let’s add can’t dry my clothes or bedding. Not a fan LG
