    Thos dryer supposedly has a sensor in it but my clothes are never dry when the cycle is over. Unless you dry clothes on the timed cycle for an hour or more you have to run them through a second time!

    A little complicated to use, and the top is already scratching up from the laundry basket. Kind of pricey too, and the lint screen isn't the best design.

    If you have a large family and do multiple loads a day, you should look for something different. This model has gone out on us only having it for two years.

    I’m having problems with this dryer drying my clothes completely. Almost every load needs to be dried again but the dryer turns off because it’s sensing that the clothes are dry when they aren’t.

    8 month in it doesn’t heat up. Not drying clothes. Luckily I’m a total tech member..

    Smart Electric Dryer

    The worst dryer I have ever bought. I takes 2 hours to dry sheets and a full day to get a load of towels dry. I will never buy another LG dryer again. My whirlpool was a 10/10. If I could give this a (-) score I would. I can't wait to get rid of it and buy a new one. This is less than 6 months old and my worst purchase ever.

    The first one we got was completely defective upon delivery. It made a horrible grinding noise and smelled terrible. The replacement worked but kept giving an error saying the vent was clogged even though the duct work was brand new. We sent the second one back as well. The washer for this set has been great so far but the dryers are junk.

    I've had this dryer for 3 days and it's awful. It doesn't dry completely, it shuts off and the clothes are still damp. I would not recommend this product.

    Wrong color dryer displayed and delivered. Installers dented dryer climbing over it to get out from behind the install. Door opened only half way. Wasn’t connected to wall vent properly fell off when climbing over. Never used still waiting for replacement!

    I wish I would’ve never give up my old dryer. This dryer sucks. A small load of clothes takes over a hour and a half to dry. The door swings; is hard to stay open. Save your money - DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER!

    Works acceptibly but takes forever to dry clothes and plays rediculous "song" when its done. And then my clothes often come out damp. What a waste. I thought LG made good products.

    Electric bunion when its changing from step to step .. example… when start there is Electric darts from the back when changing washing clothes … its nice one but i dont know the problem from the washer or from the installations guy’s who come put it in my home … i will call technicals to see
