This updated model is a terrible iteration. It cant handle a heavier loud size, let alone a normal size - often clothes are still damp. The machine is bulky and the door closing mechanism is loud. The panel features are limited, and no real feature for quick dry - if you want to dry slightly damp clothing, or wrinkle release the machine runs for a few minutes, then shuts off never fully drying. My dryer is 3 days out of warranty and my belt already needs replacement, fully at my expense. Which is to say, LG customer service is terrible.

Sometimes it dries a load of laundry quite nicely. Most of the time it times out and shuts off it says there is an air flow issue. We have never had this problem before and find NO restrictions to any airflow!

When My wife cleaned behind it, I notice that the clamps were not installed. Instead of venting to the outside of the house, all the dust was vented inside the laundry room.
