[Employee of bestbuy] EXCELLENT dryer. Love everything about this dryer, it is fast and easy to use. I love that the door opens from the top or will swing open to the side, the Thin Q app is amazing. I love being able to start it from anywhere to "fluff" clothes up if I wasn't immediately able to get them out.

It could have received a 5 ⭐️rating from me in that it’s just needs to have a lower decibel level when drying up clothes. Loved that the door have two-way opening (sideways or top down) and it’s drying capability is awesome.

This dryer is wonderful. I had it less than a month and I got an error message on it. I looked the message up in the manual and it said the duct work is about 80-95% blocked. This dryer definitely saved us from having a fire and the dryer works great!

This dryer is fantastic not only does the door open 2 different ways but this dryer is quiet and drys my clothes fast. My old dryer I had to run a full cycle then another 20 minutes to dry clothes

Easy to use. It isn't noisy. The dryer vent is unique and easy to clean.

Great Dryer. Plenty big enough for what we wash. I like the door opening down or out. I like that the light inside does not stay on all the time the door is open. Family tends to leave the door open after emptying the dryer. All the settings we need to get any job done.

This is the best dryer we've ever had! It is super quiet and our clothes are dried on the first run. The two way doors make loading and unloading so easy. So glad we got it.

Seemed like a great dryer. Lots of drying options. Would be a 5 but we bought an open box unit off of the floor which had a loud tick every time it ran. Called repair service and they came right away. They found a dent in the outside wall of the unit and said that the drum was hitting that every time it made a revolution. We returned the unit due to the fact that my laundry area is near the bedrooms and is an open cubby so the noise was very distracting and open to the rest of the house. If I had a door on my laundry area I probably would have kept it. The return was easy. I wanted the same dryer but it was not available so I chose another LG model

This dryer is one of the smartest choices I’ve made. It thoroughly drys and is easy to use. It’s quiet and efficient. I love it!!

After owning this for little over 11 months, I will say that the 7.3 cu ft is really awesome. Easily dries our bedspreads, dog beds and pretty much any other large item we attempt. A+

Love this new dryer! Much quieter than my old one. The 7.3 cu ft is perfect for large loads. Big blankets might have to be ran twice to dry completely, but overall I’m very satisfied.

So far I love my dryer - it does a great job, is quiet and lets us know when cycle is done.

We have had the dryer a little over a month and so far, so good. It dries clothing quickly, is quiet and love how the door opens two ways. Four stars because a basket was placed on top and it showed scratches. Would buy again.

Love the sleek modern look of this dryer! It does heat up the room more than my old one did but it also seems to dry better. Great link collection. My laundry room doesn’t seem to be as dusty just seems to be more efficient I also like how it seems to start out cooler temperature and get more as it drys. So nice of you are just wanting to fluffy up and not completely dry an item and them take it out and continue drying the other items

Dries quickly and quietly, especially large loads like towels and king size quilts. Clothes are soft even without fabric softener. Loads easily with the EZ loader door.
