Used whirlpool most of my life. This dryer is better than the new whirlpool dryers. Some clothes from time to time still are not completely dry.

The item was terrible and made noises and was brand new. Had to be returned to store when given the chance to make it up to me because Customer Service was absolutely zero I will not buy anything from Best Buy. I went to Lowe’s and got a great deal on a washer and dryer and I’m very happy with it and the customer service was great. It’s unfortunate but Best Buy is not the best place to shop the way I was treated. I will not step foot in the store again. I was threatened with the police to be called only for asking where the replacement items were and why they didn’t show up in the window. They provided to me by a guy named Alex.
