Best Buy and LG seem to not know who should repair it or get my address correct even though three purchases before this have managed to make it to my new address but the techs are being sent to an old address. I’m so over this whole mess!

To ensure your dryer runs safely while awaiting a replacement part, keep the lint filter area free of debris that may have bypassed the broken cartridge. Use a vacuum hose attachment to clean the internal housing of the filter.
