Attractive, expensive dryer. I have a gas dryer so it costs more than an electric dryer. Also, I had to set it on manual to get the heat up. A tip for those of you who can’t tell whether you have gas or electric power: the electric dryer has a large plug that is much larger than your ordinary plug.

Dryer works great. Bought this brand since several family members and friends have had good luck with their LG washer dryer combo. Best Buy provided the best price, ease of purrchase and dependable delivery and installation.

My new washer and dryer work very well. They’re quiet, clothes come out nicely, and there is no bad odor from the seal. I simply leave the washer door open.

Awesome dryer, with massive capacity. I love the settings available and every for selecting "very" dry, still takes under an hour to dry clothes completely. Have been using for around a week now, and no issues or complaints at this time.

After a cold and unhelpful reception at another store I wandered into Best Buy needing a washer and dryer asap. The process was easy and fast with delivery available relatively quickly.

This dryer is a great size and very powerful. My favorite feature is the door opening in two different directions.

I have not had the unit delivered yet, but my experience in purchasing the dryer in store was great. The Best Buy employee was super helpful and answered all my questions and gave me recommendations. I have never bought laundry appliances before as I am only recently moving out on my own, and he explained everything well and showed me the value of options like delivery and install, My Best Buy Total, as well as the differences between the laundry units I was looking at. I felt confident to make my decision after talking with him, and I'm excited to use my new washer and dryer!

This was a replacement for my 20 year old Kenmore dryer that finally died. The delivery and set up experience was excellent. This dryer does what it's suppose to do -- it dries my clothes and the Sensor Dry works well. The ThinQ application is useful -- I can be anywhere in the house and the app notifies me that the cycle is done and if the filter needs to be cleaned. The app also has an options that allow you to customize the cycles for specific types of clothing. The dryer has a light, which was one of the reasons I purchased this unit. Now for the annoying bits and pieces. Turn off the Energy Saver if you want your clothes to dry. The light does work but automatically turns itself off -- I'll have to investigate that a bit more. The ThinQ app is helpful but setting up the WiFi is more difficult than it needs to be. Finally, the digital keypad is not illuminated: the cycle specific settings light up but it's very hard to see the print on the keypad -- at least I have not found a way to fix that other than use ThinQ or my phone flashlight.

So far works good no issues or problems yet and I like the color.

Very happy with this purchase. Working good, as expected.

This has turned out to be a great dryer. The price was right and it is a nice simple to operate machine. Basically just drop the cloths in and push the start button. It has the base settings for different size loads and types of garments from normal to very delicate. My wife loves it.

our whirlpool washer we bout from Lowes 6 years ago went out. hated it ever since we bought it. the help we had in choosing this washer dryer set was awesome. we are very happy with the washer and dryer

Love this dryer I’ve had no issues. Everything works great. Easy to use. Delivery was excellent. Only issue is the dryer vent wasn’t really flexible but they got it hooked up so it’s all good.

Great efficiency. Dries clothing very nicely. Alets me with beautiful song when clothing is completed.
