Only gave it an average because of your third-party delivery people that did not know how to switch a dryer door. I guess the fifth time hopefully was a charm. I would recommend this item but not purchasing through Best Buy.

i like the door that opens 2 ways. Has several features that I like such as air dry and bulky items.

So far works great, replaced old kenmore . This one is way quieter and drier sensor seems to work well

I wanted to love this dryer. It is compact, which is what we were looking for, yet it holds a lot of clothes. Unfortunately, I wish I could return it. Probably, every 5-8th load, something with a drawstring gets caught somewhere (the design of it seems to have multiple places where things can slide in and get caught) and it pulls in and wraps up half of the contents of the dryer in a pretty tight tangle. It does this to tank tops, bathing suits, dish towels, hoodies, etc. You would be shocked at the amount of things that have thin straps or drawstrings! Nothing has been permanently wrecked but I'm sure it won't be long. I can't keep these things out of the dryer because it would be half of our laundry. The machine does dry sufficiently and therefore I've given it 2 stars. I would not buy this machine again.

This dryer is sold as state of the art and it does seem to have many features for convenance and energy saving. However, we were not given owner's manuals so our operation ability may not be premium. Many attempts to get the manuals met with no help from customer service at Best Buy or LG. This is very disappointing as we have been LG and Best Buy customers for years

We're very happy with this dryer--it has just enough cycles for our needs and works very well. Handy to have a notification on the app when it's finished!

Great dryer. This works a lot better than the Samsung that it replaced. Items are dried fast and actually dry.

We purchased this dryer in March of 22(Delivery was a nightmare) and now it is December and the dryer stopped working. I thought this is why we got the protection plan through Best Buy. Here we are over two weeks since it broke and still not fixed. I will say that there is not a single phone number that Best Buy will give you to talk to anyone in America. That is the first issue and they pushed off my repair and the tech was here less than 5 minutes. I just want to warn anyone, so they do not have to go throu what I am going through.

Good looking washer and dryer. They work wonderfully. The only thing I noticed is the washer makes a low metal ringing noise while washing no matter how much laundry is in it.

This dryer is not available with a door that opens from right to left. Only left to right which is crazy. Also it is not quiet. Otherwise it gets my clothes dry so I live with the noise.

Installation and delivery was well worth it! They were quick and easy!

Works great. Concerned that when cycle ends clothes feel damp or cool. My older dryer at end of cycle had clothes come out warm.
