Works great, quiet, love that the door opens two ways.

We had to modify our drying techniques a little bit. Just do extra dry for your towels and bedding and you will be fine. I think with the energy efficiency with these new dryers they shut down a little sooner than they should. We kept getting damp towels and bedding. We learned this trick and no problems now!

It plays a song when its done and I love that. The door opens from the top or the side. I like the custom settings for different materials. Sometimes, even when set to bedding you need another round. Just don't be putting in more than it can hold - I tend to overload.

Have had this dryer for over 6 months, it holds a great capacity, dries very efficiently, never have to put the dryer on a 2nd cycle with the sensor drying capability.

I’ve had this washer/dryer set for 2 months now. The washer spins so well that I don’t need to dry as long as I’m used to. It’s quiet when running. I’ve only played with the tomed dryer feature so far but am looking forward to using the others soon. No complaints here.

We have had this dryer for over a year. We did have to use the warranty because the drum had a defect, but it has been smooth sailing since. We love that it communicates with the washer! And that the door opens multiple ways!

Top-notch dryer. Pair well with the washer and automatically senses through the app what cycle should be run for the clothes coming out of the washing machine. Typically only needs the one cycle (even for bedding). Significantly reduces our laundry time requirement.

I decided to purchase this dryer after reviewing its rating on Consumer Reports, which showed good performance and features. It does not match my washer, but I am fine with this. The traditional height gives me a space to fold and sort laundry comfortably.

We are very pleased with this purchase. It has met all our needs and then some. Only suggest that cords and hoses should be part of all packages.

My wife and I really enjoy our new washer and dryer set! We have enjoyed how quiet and versatile it is since the door has two ways of opening. The dials and features it offers are easy to use and the hook up by BestBuy was quick and very informative on our new dryer! The dryer is very nice and very affordable.

Love the product and the great prices! Beats the “sale” price at any other store. Has very nice preprogrammed cycles and can fit my King comforter (finally!) Love that the door opens 2 ways so I’m not straining my back anymore!!

Great dryer. Got a G.E. dryer to start, didn't work at all out of the box. Brought the GE dryer back and Best Buy generously dropped $300 off the cost for this awesome LG dryer and we haven't had a single complaint. Will only be purchasing lg major appliances from now on.

Works great! Easy to use, many choices of levels to choose from to dry your clothes. I haven't had an issue with using this dryer. My husband changed the door opening, and the instructions were easy to follow - takes a little while, but happy to have it open on the right now.

This is a very nice dryer. I love the fact it can open side to side and top to bottom. It makes it easier when the laundry room gets a little crowded. I do wish it would just say “trap full” instead of blinking a code. But that’s nothing a quick Google search didn’t explain. Dries well.

Works better than expected. Very quiet and efficient

It’s a good dryer that works well. There are just a couple things about it that could be better. 1. It doesn’t have a touch up (aka dewrinkle) cycle. It does have a “wrinkle care” option for after it has completed a full drying cycle, it turns on and tumbles the clothes every 2 minutes until you tell it to stop. 2. It is very sensitive to dryer sheets. It literally sucked up a dryer sheet I had in there then told me there was a clog somewhere is the discharge vent and that I needed to clear it before I could use the dryer again. I never found the dryer sheet after taking everything apart. The manual says that I have to run the dryer empty for 3 FULL cycles I order for it to learn that there is no clog. Now I’m not one of those go green people but 3 full cycles of nothing is a waste of money when you are on a budget. So overall it’s a good dryer so far but just a couple things to consider before you buy this one.

Never thought a Smart connected dryer would improve the way I do laundry. Having a notification of when dryer has done helps in not leaving the clothes laying inside the dryer longer than it need to be. Also the door opens in two different ways. No longer have dropped clothes from unloading washer

We purchased this dryer right after moving into our new house. It is light weight enough to easily move into the basement and comes with more than enough options for drying clothes. The door can be opened by pulling down or from the side making it easy to place most anywhere.
