    Very disappointing poor communication and scheding

    I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Best Buy. I recently purchased a washer and dryer, and due to their scheduling system requiring a delivery window of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, I had to take the entire day off work to receive the delivery. When the delivery team arrived (who were courteous and professional), they only brought the washer. I was shocked to learn the dryer was not included in the delivery — and worse, there was absolutely no communication beforehand to inform me of this. Had I known, I would have rescheduled the delivery to a more convenient time. I’ve always gone out of my way to purchase appliances from Best Buy, especially as a Totaltech/Total Rewards member, but this experience has made me question the value of that membership. A simple notification could have saved me a wasted day and a lot of frustration. Very disappointing.

    Dear BestBuy managers, Almost three months ago, I purchased an LG washer and dryer that were supposed to be among the best on the market. All I can say is that I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. The washer does not clean as it should; it leaves my clothes somewhat dirty. And as for the dryer, it not only fails to remove all the pet hair, but the fabric softener sheets I use also get stuck in the drum's openings, which are supposed to efficiently expel hair and lint. It’s unacceptable that I spent nearly two thousand dollars on these two machines and am experiencing worse performance than the machines I had before. What I am requesting is the replacement of both machines with ones that are more effective and intelligent. I hope to hear from you soon.     Unfortanetly the control board was shot upon opening the box but if it worked as good as the washer it would of been a great products

    still have not received the washer or the dryer yet. Moved the delivery date twice now they are saying the middle of January we will see if it comes then!

    The dryer is absolutely terrible :( The washer is amazing but the dryer you can put on most dry and the clothes still come out damp. very disappointed for the price

    Absolutely love the matching washer and dryer! It’s so convienent to have a reservoir for the detergent and softner! Receiving alerts when my loads are finished helps not forget that load in the washer! Every wash has been great! The dryer works great! AI mode is wonderful as it senses what it’s washing! Would highly recommend! The only thing I’m not absolutely a fan of which isn’t make or break is the lint filter on the dryer, it’s flimsy and opening it each time I don’t feel like it will last. Other than that absolutely great products!

    Doesn't dry all the way when in delicate cycle. I have to run 3 cycles to get it to dry completely.

    The steam setting is a game changer for someone who packs and unpacks dress shirts on a regular basis. If I’m wearing my suiting, I just toss it in for ten minutes and it comes out tidy enough to wear. It’s great at making sure everything gets dry, but it does sometimes start out with a much smaller time than it ends up being on the timer.

    Not impressed, especially for the price point. The lint filter is a really bad design. Dryer sheets, hair and string get trapped in the component that holds the lint trap. I noticed quite a bit of lint in the tube and have vacuumed it out several times. Can't seem to get the dry cycle right to get a load to completely dry in one shot.

    This dryer paired with the washer is an absolute game changer. The only issue I had was the dryer is too smart! It told me that my vent had a 80-90% blockage. After I cleared the vent I have had zero issues! If you want to switch the direction the door opens, prepare to dismantle the door completely.

    Rough on clothes

    I bought this item because of its large capacity. I had read about it being rough on clothes, but on two occasions items got stuck on something near the filter and by the time the load finished, they were knotted into a hard knot and difficult to detach from the dryer. I will have to iron the items to take the hard wrinkles out and sew the other parts back to the fabric.
