It’s a day/night experience comparing my previous dryer. The cloth comes out very dry and crisp. Very little crumpled clothes. Did a lot of research before finalizing as there was a an offer from LG and a good cask back option if paid through Best Buy credit card. Only time will tell how good the machine is. Will provide further updates in few months

Love my machine very deep can wash my king size comforter with no issues

We bought the washer/dryer pair. We've enjoyed them both so much. Much better than our previous Samsung units. The steam function on this dryer is a little louder; not enough that it's annoying, but you can hear it from the other room when it's really going. Drys clothes fast and does a great job adjusting to the moisture level of the clothes for dry time.

The large tub is great and dries the bedding and heavier items really well.

So far so good, have had the dryer for 60 days now. The manual was easy to read and follow. Easy to operate. The settings are easy to understand. Controls are big enough to see and use. The dryer has done what it is supposed to do and that is dry clothes. It is fairly quiet as well and our laundry room is on the 2nd floor.

It has lots of cycles. I like the door because it opens in two directions.

I purchased this washer Dryer combo and so far very pleased with their performances. I also noticed that the Enclosure is made with thin and flimsy Steel with is very easy to get dings if you are not careful around them. Additionally, there are some improvements should be made to the LG ThinQ App such as Audible Alarms instead of Silent Notifications or options to fully custom the wash cycles.

My first impressions for my newly purchased suite of 4 LG appliances hasn't been great. The very first thing the customer sees when he or she unboxes the appliance for the first time is the Binding Arbitration notice taped on the front of every washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. This is LG's way of letting the consumer know that no matter how poor your experience with them and their products might be, you are unable to join a class action suit and must rely on an arbitrator of their choosing. That did not inspire confidence for me that they felt the need to post that so prominently on everything. I seriously considered a return at that point but decided not to. Once I go the dryer hooked up, it functions fine. It's is relatively quiet and has plenty of cycles that I will almost certainly not use. I did play with the steam dry a little but it didn't seem to remove wrinkles as well as I was hoping. It offers good functionality but build quality and forced arbitration have me concerned about longevity. Only time will tell.

I have not used the steam option but look forward to it.

Good dryer with modern controls and selections. Will do more high tech stuff than I will probably use. Indicated my venting was clogged, so fixing that flow out a wall instead of straight up through roof. Nice controls and finish "song" when cycle ends. Looks wonderful with companion washer in graphite steel color.

It was my first time to use LG appliances, it was very easy to operate, and gave a good results.
