The dryer is awesome, my favorite feature is getting a notification when the washer and dryer are finished. My only complaint is from the install. They didn't take my old washer and dryer and I had to make several calls in order for them to pick it up a week later while they sat on my lawn.

It took me over a month to decide with washer and dryerI wanted. I am so happy with my decision. I had LG front loaders and decided after 8 years I wanted a change. Decided to stay with LG because my last set was so good. I highly recommended this dryer.

The door opens two different ways usually I have to open it from side to side rather than from top to bottom because the top to bottom does not come down all the way. Other than that it is a quality machine that dries the clothes and that’s what you need them for.

I like my dryer. I’m still learning with it but that’s true with any new appliance. The only thing I don’t care for the door doesn’t stay completely open when I’m putting clothes in or out. If I use the pull down, it doesn’t go down all the way.

I chose this set because of all the different cycles available. I need a variety of options and this set met them all. I've only had them in my home for a week, but the few times I've used it they've worked great. I got them on sale so the value is hard to beat.

Excellent dryer but sometimes you need to run it on time dry for mattress protectors and articles of clothing that may trick the sensor into thinking they are dry. Not a big deal and the steam fresh function is great!y iron is jealous it doesn’t get any use any more!

BestBuy service technicians arrived on time and set-up our new television. They answered my numerous questions with friendly, comprehensive responses. They were sensitive to social distancing and wore masks throughout the appointment.

I recently purchased this item, and I am still getting used to the new energy efficient models. I feel the clothes come out not fully dry, perhaps it is due to not fully understanding the settings, since they are so many options on the panel. Overall fully satisfied.

My husband had emergency surgery and my neighbor had to be there for the delivery but they did a great job and didn’t bang up the walls getting it into a tight space.

Found T shirts and towels damp after dryer signaled complete. I think the dryer sensor is not accurate. I had to dry a few items on heavy duty to get them completly dry. The dry is quite and easy to use. I like the energy saving, and wifi features. It fits well into a small space.

The large capacity enables clothes to have enough room to properly circulate without getting "clumped" causing excessive wrinkles. The dual opening capability also gives the ability to preserve limited space in a small laundry room with ease of access.

There's so many features to this dryer that I have yet to try them out. I love everything about it, I haven't had any issues. Touch start is great and I also love the signal when its finish...something about music instead of a buzz is kinda nice!

Love this dryer, love the 2 way door, very cool feature! Dries quickly!! I use the normal dry then speed dry and usually 15 min everything is dry!! Super fast! Love that is on WiFi, added bonus! It’s nice to be alerted when the load is finished!!

Quiet, however, many loads are not dry when cycle is ending. Thought the dryer was supposed to sense dryness and restart if still wet. Took a little while to get connected to the WiFi.

performance for large loads is very good , the performance for the "turbo steam" cycle is questionable, " No Iron " shirts still have lots of wrinkles when cycle is finished.

It's very large inside but fits into my 1920s laundry closet as it is taller not wider then the old kind. Great for large loads of laundry although you should download the full laundry load cycle if you have a lot of large loads.

Size wise: it's modern with cool look and features. Best of all its fits well into the space we had for our "old washer and dryer". Love the steam cycle: if I don't get the clothes out right after drying, they are wrinkled, but 10 min in steam cycle fixes it.

We purchased this to replace a 10 year old dryer that wasn't drying completely anymore. It works great, just wish it had a speed dry/touch up setting-it may have one, just haven't had time to read the book yet. Also, you do have to bend down pretty far to get clothes out, my other dryer was higher I guess.

Had this dryer about a month and a half. Works very good. Dries faster than our old dryer The drum is very large and can fit a lot of clothes. The phone app was a little tricky to get working, but finally got it working and all is good.
