Good machine works well but need to not mix fabric thicknesses when using the dryness sensors. Just use timed dry when there is a mixture or fabrics

I like the versatility of being able to make custom cycles vis the LG ThinQ app. My clothes are never wrinkly because of the notifications I receive via the app when the cycle completes!!

So far so good. Bit of a learning curve to understand all the functions here, but it's pretty great once you have a chance to learn them all.

Everything was on time and professionally set up. Only wish they had taken time to explain how the appliances work. Confusing to get started

I recently replaced a 15 y/o dryer with this LG model.. I love all the features and the fact it is really quiet. Have not used the steam feature yet but have nothing but good things to say about LG.

After researching dryer machines online and reading a bunch of different reviews on a number of websites, we decided to go with an LG product because LG was always at the top of the ratings.

I love my washer and dryer is amazing it’s beautiful my clothes are actually clean in the installment was so easy they called the text they were on time this is been a great experience

This dryer has a lot of drum space and many options/settings. We have found that we use the steam setting very often to de-wrinkle clothes quickly and to sanitize objects that are tough to wash.

We've used it for almost 2 months and it works good. Sometimes the sensor dry misses the mark and we have to add additional drying. HAve not tried the steam feature.

This dryer i quite, has a light so you can see thry the door what is inside. Plenty of sace for a king size bedspread and more. I am very happy with my new dryer

Great for small loads but given the size when I wash sheets the machine made a super loud metal scraping sound so req to swap it out so waiting on the new one to see if it’s ok.

My son just loves his new LG washer and dryer .. He just purchased his new home and is totally pleased lon how it operates . It is beautiful.stsinkess steel and he loves it.

Love so far! Very sleek and has many cool features. Installers were nice, efficient, and quick. No issues so far!

Overall it works very well. The steam function doesn't work miracles, but does work for certain clothing items. The controls aren't the most intuitive, but they get the job done. Would buy again.

Moved from Samsung to LG due to lack of consistency with Samsung. So far we are very impressed with the LG units and they seem to work much better and are more solidly built.

Good overall. My only complaint is that the dryness sensor seems to be out of calibration, so after most loads finish I have to run a bit longer.

My prev dryer was a samsong model, this LG model has so many more features and is user friendly Hope my washer quits working soon so I can get the matching washer

It took a little getting use to. Not use to an electronic Dryer. It very nice looking and very quiet. I have to open the door to the wash room to see if is still running.

TurboSteam is great. Normal settings do not always completely dry everything so it takes a while to figure out what setting works best. Usually when it completes cycle, the clothes are still damp.
