Also , with LG , you have to contact them directly if you have a problem instead of calling a repairman.

Ft. and this one does the job but not the load. The difference in capacity is more than we thought. It just means the loads are more.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We've had this dryer since December and after having Best Buy install, then come back to reinstall, it still does not dry clothes due to the damp sensor shutting the cycle off prematurely. The only cycle that will dry is Timed Dry which is high heat with no damp sensor - which is not suitable for lots of clothes/items to dry. We've checked all the 'common' issues, which the Best Buy technicians did as well, and there is nothing that should cause this dyer to always stop before the clothes are dry. The home is new, the ductwork is clean, the connections are solid, the lint tray is clean, etc. - still doesn't work. We tried having an LG technician come and inspect the unit, but they canceled the appointment and when we called to reschedule, they said we needed to submit a completely new ticket (i.e. start all over). For the price of this dryer, we are completely dissatisfied. To add insult to injury, do NOT lean on the dryer AT ALL - due to its unique rounded-top design, I barely leaned on it to grab something in the cabinet above and it dented the top of the unit, which is NOT REPAIRABLE. So now we have an $800 dryer that doesn't work and has a big dent in it.

Great large capacity that leaves plenty of room to tumble large loads. The steam feature is a waste; it leaves big wet blotches on your clothes and then you have to dry it again.

I love my washer, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher all LG but disappointed with the dryer
