Had a faulty dryer

Started a fire in the home the day of installation. Had an electrician out to see if there faulty wiring on our behalf. He stated that everything was great on our end and it was faulty dryer. I got a new one and it works fine but it was purchased elsewhere.

Wouldn't recommend. We had alot of issues with both the washer and dryer. Control board,drive motor both went out. Dryer got very loud. Best Buy in Granville,WV was great and understanding. They allowed me to do an exchange

Wet hands down the worst appliance I've ever purchased. This "smart" dryer is true garbage. Place wet clothes in the dryer, run any cycle, and get wrt clothes when done. Complete waste of money.

worse dryer ever.I bought it in January, on February it stoped working it was not drying at all, I called Best Buy to return it and they said it was not returnable. I contacted LG and they sent a tech to look at it, a fuse was blown, he replaced it. and guess what? Its not drying again a month an half later and it's not drying .

I would give it 0 stars if i could. The control panel started to glitch when i first got it. By the next month it did not work anymore because the control panel kept turning on and off every 5 seconds until you unplug it. I wish i could post videos so you could see what this dryier is doing... :-(

At this moment we have the shelter at home order from our Governor Fred Flintstone Pritzker ... The dryer didn’t even last 10 months ... Now it’s Saturday April 18 2020.....

Went with this option of the steam, but it doesnt really work the way i thought. Ontop of the dry sensor seems to not register well and clothes are often still damp. I have had to just use the manual dry timer and heat setting. Why did i buy this when i cant use the features

The drying sensor in the machine doesn't work that well. Clothes come out damp and wrinkle - regardless of whatever button you press. We are going to have to contact the Manufacturer to find out what's wrong with it. Dryer door won't stay open when trying to unload.

I bought the washer and dryer together. The delivery guy broke the dryer on delivery and then months later I finally got a replacement. They also installed my washer poorly and double threaded the water attachment causing a leak in the wall.

Recommend do not perchase . Sent back the first one it had a clunking noise when operating. Got the second one in place ran it for a couple of loads and now this one is vibrating terrible (do not buy) junk !!

This dryer is horrible. It does not dry anything all the way through, no matter what setting you try. Best Buy won’t return it since I have had it for 4 weeks and they only allow 2 weeks for return. Super, super lame.
