The dryer came broken, they are bringing another one in a few weeks. It sounds like a beating drum while it’s running.

My stuff takes hours to dry!!!! The only setting that will even work is bedding. Can get it to hook up to the app either.

Great washing machine extra large capacity, works great, recommend it.

My daughter has this dryer, so we had the advantage of practical experience. It provides us exactly what we are looking for in an electric dryer.

I am most pleased with this dryer which is efficient, has a large capacity and leaves the clothes with far fewer wrinkles than my last dryer upon completion of the cycle.

This washing machine has good features and can handle a wide variety of loads. However, it falls short when there is an issue with it and LG support gets inolved. Unfortunately, the washer leaks and LG is not keen to fix or replace. Like long cycles? LG support will not dissappoint - with their convoluted policies, faulty installs, ineffective repair crew and ever-changing criteria for service and repair expect them to take you through the spin cycle as you attempt to recieve basic customer support. Things break. But, tell that to LG and they will do nothing to resolve. For starters the washing machine was installed on my second floor laundry room without a tray. When I asked the installation people to install a tray - they told me "no need". LG service also has refused to provide a tray - even after admiting that 2nd floor installations mandate a tray. It's a shame because as an electronics company LG makes good products. In fact, I intially switched to LG (and paid their premium price) because my previous GE washer failed a week after install - but where LG makes great products, GE has superior support. GE replaced that faulty machine immediately. Not LG. Months have passed and my washer still leaks. I understand that things break; it's what happens next that matters. I will be buying a new washer. It will not be LG.

Good looking machine that stops heating every 3 months. I have to pull out the dryer to get to lower rear panel on side to push an awkwardly placed very sharp to the hand reset button. This is no easy task in my laundry closet to get that machine completely out. And after the first time of getting shocked I figured out you must push this while it is NOT plugged in. Door swings shut while loading making it a constant battle. I also strongly dislike the poorly designed handle on the top of the door that collects hair/dirt. Never have been able to get wifi to work. Steam dryer - not sure what this is accomplishing - it's all hooked up but I see no noticeable advantage, clothes are often quite wrinkled and seem to be wadded up and wrapped inside of other clothes. Flat top is nice to set things on, but the no heating until reset is a MAJOR problem that of course started after the one year warranty was up. I regret this purchase.

I puchased this dryer a year ago with a warranty, so far i am not satisfied at all everything comes out wrinkle, i had them come and check dryer and they replaced the heating element, i only used the dryer once or twice every 2 weeks and everything still come out wrinkle, i am so disappointed because i thought if i upgaded my maytag and all the reviews are great i was doing a good thing not true at all , will be calling customer support agin 3 weeks after 1st call .

Great at first but starts to act up once the warranty is up. Thermal fuse blew out repeatedly despite having air vents in the house cleaned and replaced 4 different parts. It's a shame, it was great with it worked but it's such a crappy machine, it makes me thing twice about buying an LG machine

..SO THE ITEMS WENT ON SALE AND THEY DID NOT TELL ME....I HAD TO ASK FOR AN ADJUSTMENT... THEN THEY HAVE TO BRING ME ANOTHER DRYER AS THE ONE THEY DELIVERED DOESN'T MATCH THE WASHER...THEN THEY BRING THE SAME ONE AGAIN....AFTER ANOTHER HOUR WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY INFORM ME THAT THIS IS THE ONLY COLOR THEY HAVE IN STAINLESS BESIDES WHITE....NOT SURE WHY THEY DIDN'T TELL ME THIS BEFORE SCHEDULING THE SECIND DELIVERY....CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS....?? DONE WITH "BEST BUY"
