So far no disappointment, it's very efficient, quiet, and most importantly dries my clothes well without shrinking them.

This dryer is great and we love it. The door opens either from the top or from the side (the door hardware can be adjusted for the door to open from either side).

We had our previous LG dryer for over 10 years without a service call or hiccup. We decided to upgrade and move the older units to our lake cabin. We liked the steam setting on our previous LG, but you manually had to add the water. Now the hose connects directly to the washer water line, so it handles the addition of water automatically. Plus, I admit to being intrigued by internet connectivity. It has exceeded my expectations. The dryer sends a notification to both my cell phone and iWatch automatically when a drying cycle is complete. Plus, you can check the amount of time remaining on the LG app. This is a terrific dryer. TIP: It tends to go on sale every few weeks.

Excellent machine. Quiet. Fantastic drying options. Superior capacity. One of the things I like the most about this dryer is the fact that the door can open from the top for easy loading directly from the wash machine. A great engineering design. We’ll see if it stands the test of time…

It dries things extremely well, especially when you use the correct setting (ThinQ app has extra settings for specific items) Extremely beautiful machine and the thinQ app is very useful too.

LOVE this new dryer. It dries everything so fast and removes cat hair into the lint tray so well! And I am in love with the easy load door. Opening from the top to load the wet clothes and then able to open to the side to unload. Saves so much time and doing laundry is effortless now. So glad I purchased this. I also bought the matching washer.

I love the way it looks. It is still a bit to big for my space, but it gets the job done. I also love the app that lets me know when it has stopped the current cycle. The smart diagnosis is also an amazing feature. When it was delivered and installed it was pushed too far back and crushed the vent. When I ran the dryer cycle it dried a bit but it went off and the flow sense light came on. I was able to use the smart diagnosis feature to learn what to do with the dryer. I have not used all the cycles and features yet but so far I am a satisfied customer.

Love the color and works great. Sometimes I do have to run it on the speed dry cycle for a few minutes but no often

I went back and forth on a few products for hours. originally i was considering a less expensive unit because i thought it had the same features for less money. Then enters the guys working in the department.. They discussed that the option i wanted, steam, was not the same between the bands. at first I felt like maybe I was getting "sold" on an more expensive unit but i walked away, did some research and found they were 100% directing me to the product that would do what I was asking for. There's a huge difference between less expensive and "cheaper". The other unit I was considering was cheaper and I feel i would not have been as happy.
