    Love the way the door opens two ways, user friendly- makes rattling noise- going to call Tech Support to see if they can fix- love it other than that

    Great dryer. Excellent features. Trying to figure out what features could go with what cycles and what could/couldn’t have steam was a bit tricky, but overall did not impede too much on the functionality of the dryer!

    Feature rich and dries well. It has been great for towels and bedding which we seem to be laundering frequently. While thr roduct is good, Best Buy scheduling, delivery and installation is a complete disaster of no shows, incompetence and a cavalier attitude toward customers. Beware!

    Had to get a new dryer and went with this one since it matched the washer we bought about a year ago when we had to replace our washer. So far no complaints, been working just fine just like it’s washer pair.

    Product is good. Installation wos poor. Dryer vent hose not connected. Dust everywhere. No response from Geek Squad
