Multiple different options to choose from. Dries clothes efficiently and has a nice added value of opening the door in two different ways.

I was skeptical at first but now, I’m a believer. I purchased this dryer to match my LG washing machine that I had to buy in 12/2023. This dryer is impressive. The dry time for an average load is 54 minutes.

Had to get a new dryer and went with this one since it matched the washer we bought about a year ago when we had to replace our washer. So far no complaints, been working just fine just like it’s washer pair.

This is our second LG dryer and we love the product. The first dryer was purchased in 2008 and was still working but was not as efficient. We upgraded to this for the steam features and we love it. It has balance and weight control to not allow the dryer to get out of balance.

I've had my new washer & dryer for a few weeks now, and I'm very pleased. I wanted high-capacity appliances, but the space in my laundry area limited me to washer/dryer models with a depth of 30 inches or fewer. This pair from LG fit perfectly in the space, and I still got the capacity I was looking for. I love that the dryer has the steam functionality. I can already tell that it's not as harsh on my clothing as my old dryer used to be. I also like having a "sanitize" function. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase.

Decided to buy the washer/dryer set when my old dryer started producing a burning scent. This sleek looking washer seems to thoroughly clean the loads, is very quiet, and has great cycle options.

No complaints here for this purchase, me and wife love the size of this dryer and it’s exterior look is amazing if you are into the look

Ok so its only been couple weeks but so far so good ..looks great and seems to be working great..I dont do laundry but havent any complaints from wifey yet..

We purchased an LG dryer less than a year ago, and recently it started making a loud grinding noise, getting extremely hot, and producing a strong burning smell. Concerned about safety, I turned it off and unplugged it immediately. I contacted LG support, and the representative initially confirmed I had taken the right steps and advised not to use it until a technician could inspect it. However, the situation quickly became frustrating. They soon reversed course and asked me to plug the dryer back in so they could hear the noise. I chose to end the chat and call customer support the next morning instead. Over the phone, the representative asked me to run the dryer again, despite the obvious safety risks. While the grinding noise was very loud in person, the rep said he couldn’t hear it over the phone and asked for a video. I sent one, but he claimed the sound wasn’t audible. Then they requested a video call — which conveniently failed to connect on their end. Only after all this were they willing to schedule a technician visit. It’s frustrating and disappointing to feel like I had to jump through hoops to get a basic warranty service request honored — especially when dealing with a product that may be a fire hazard. I expected more from a company with LG's reputation. I hope the technician resolves the issue, but the lack of urgency and support from LG during a potential safety concern has really shaken my confidence in their customer service.
