Love the dryer. I ;haven't tried the steam feature yet but I plan to use it a lot because ironing is NOT my thing.

Oh my! How a great dryer can change your life. We got this beauty and it is fantastic. I'd definitely recommend if you are in the market for a new dryer. It chic, sleek and it drying time is perfect. It has so many drying settings, steam options you'd want it!

The dryer is very large. It does a fairly good job of drying. We haven't been able to use all the features just yet. The wifi was a very straightforward to set up. I wish I could say the say for the washer as it took me several hours, two mobile phones, and some outside the box thinking to finally connect to mobile device. I will say, steam featured ended up making our clothes so moist that I had to put it to dry. It was two items... not sure if it will do it on a large load.

I like the product. Easy to use and convenient to store on bathroom wall by the basin I would buy this product again

Steam is a must if your going with this fabulous dryer. My clothing is soft and warm so happy with my purchase..love u guys..

Great Dryer, easy to use, and with many options. Had to replace first one, making a loud noise.

I have the exact same one ten years old and just replaced the set. The difference in quality and efficiency is amazingly terrible. Only bought it because it was available and I needed a set because my washer literally blew up and it was a mistake to buy it again.

Very good dryer. One thing to watch out for when using the normal cycle, the default goes to "energy saver". Energy saver produces a very low heat temp and doesn't seem to dry the clothes very well. Remember to turn off the energy saver setting and you'll see better drying results.

Really loving my new dryer, great features and ease of use

Provides many choices to dry your clothing including a steam option to remove wrinkles. The front door can be opened sideways or top to bottom. We purchased this model because it had a high rating by Consumer Reports.

Love the large capacity of both washer and dryer and the many numerous cycles, which makes the machines very user friendly.

We purchased an LG dryer less than a year ago, and recently it started making a loud grinding noise, getting extremely hot, and producing a strong burning smell. Concerned about safety, I turned it off and unplugged it immediately. I contacted LG support, and the representative initially confirmed I had taken the right steps and advised not to use it until a technician could inspect it. However, the situation quickly became frustrating. They soon reversed course and asked me to plug the dryer back in so they could hear the noise. I chose to end the chat and call customer support the next morning instead. Over the phone, the representative asked me to run the dryer again, despite the obvious safety risks. While the grinding noise was very loud in person, the rep said he couldn’t hear it over the phone and asked for a video. I sent one, but he claimed the sound wasn’t audible. Then they requested a video call — which conveniently failed to connect on their end. Only after all this were they willing to schedule a technician visit. It’s frustrating and disappointing to feel like I had to jump through hoops to get a basic warranty service request honored — especially when dealing with a product that may be a fire hazard. I expected more from a company with LG's reputation. I hope the technician resolves the issue, but the lack of urgency and support from LG during a potential safety concern has really shaken my confidence in their customer service.
