quiet, efficient and flexible drying modes. Helpful Wifi app and we are eagerly waiting for the matching washer when both will communicate for optimal drying. Steam function is great to have

The dryer does not dry all the way. We have changed settings and increased the heat, clothes still come out wet. We have to dry blankets (twin size) 3 times, which is unfortunate bc we purchased this size dryer for our king size bedding. There is also no Best Buy service in our area, which is again unfortunate since there are 12 Best Buy’s within a 50 mile radius and 5 of them are within 12 miles. Why were we pressured for the protection plan if y’all don’t have anyone to even come service our dryer?!

First washer and dryer in 10 years!! Lol. No, my GE's were not broken, but I wanted something new. We haven't had any issues, quiet, clean wash. I used to manually clean the GEs and LG is self clean just push the button! How awesome is that? Wow!!

Perfect with one exception. The digital touch controls do no respond as they should, particularly the start button. Sometimes you have to variate tap, touch, roll finger over button until it responds. Very finicky.

Ordered Oct 3rd, 2022. Picked up Oct 6th, 2022. No complaints there!
March 18th, 2023 when is when I finally got my laundry room redone and installed the new washer and dryer. Everything was great, app is easy to pair and navigate, does a nice job.
March 23rd, 2023, toss a load into the dryer and when pressing the start button, it just beeps twice and won't start. The drum light also won't turn off. Seriously?! This thing has been in service for less than one week!
At least the issue indicates that the door switch isn't telling the unit that the door is closed... so late at night, and ready for bed, I remove the door switch and disassemble it. The contact is barely touching when the switch is depressed. Make an adjustment to the contact, reinstall the switch and all is good. I should have known something was off when the drum light would turn on since day when the door was barely opened, about a 1/4 of an inch is all it would take to trigger. After the adjustment, the door has to opened 3/4 of the way not inch, before the light comes on. The quality control just seems to have been lacking horribly, and I whole heartedly hope this isn't the case with the rest of the internal components.

Traded Samsung for LG washer is so much better. Even let me know my vents to the outside needed to be cleaned.
