Has been the quietest dryer I've ever had. Love this dryer.

The dryer does not dry all the way. We have changed settings and increased the heat, clothes still come out wet. We have to dry blankets (twin size) 3 times, which is unfortunate bc we purchased this size dryer for our king size bedding. There is also no Best Buy service in our area, which is again unfortunate since there are 12 Best Buy’s within a 50 mile radius and 5 of them are within 12 miles. Why were we pressured for the protection plan if y’all don’t have anyone to even come service our dryer?!

This was an amazing buy, to get a top of the line dryer out of the box at an awesome price.

Perfect with one exception. The digital touch controls do no respond as they should, particularly the start button. Sometimes you have to variate tap, touch, roll finger over button until it responds. Very finicky.

Delivery and installation was finally a dealbreaker. Was told at time of purchase that once delivered, the team would oblige in moving the older dryer out to the curb for disposal without having to pay the $60 for take away. Day of delivery, it was then explained how the older one would only be “moved out of the way” to install the new one (strike 1). Upon entering the house and viewing the laundry room in which it would be installed, it wasn’t clean/cleared enough for the installer. They then explained how the dryer could simply be dropped off at the driveway, but installation would have to be rescheduled as if they didn’t want to really do ANY work at all (strike 2). Upon rescheduling the delivery and installation from 3PM-7PM, no one showed with the dryer. Received an email the next morning to reschedule AGAIN and the site rescheduled backwards — Sat for the installation and the following Monday for delivery (strike 3). Drove to the actual store of purchase to speak with a mgr. in which they couldn’t guarantee any delivery date. I’m done with BB and will spend my hard earned money elsewhere besides the circus they have become.

This is an excellent monitor, once I had it set up my wife began using it. The colors are all nice and clear. We are using it in our work at home office. It is very handy to be able to see 2 desktops with a single screen in a direct view.

We are truly enjoying new Dryer. Dryer is very easy to operate and it is very quite and has many drying options.

Dryer arrived damaged. Was hoping it was cosmetic, but not the case. Was hoping to get a delivery sooner than later. I realize it is a tough time of year due to the holidays, but going to the laundromat for a house of four is not pleasant.

So far, the dryer is working great! It is very easy to use. It was delivered quickly as promised.

Ordered Oct 3rd, 2022. Picked up Oct 6th, 2022. No complaints there! March 18th, 2023 when is when I finally got my laundry room redone and installed the new washer and dryer. Everything was great, app is easy to pair and navigate, does a nice job. March 23rd, 2023, toss a load into the dryer and when pressing the start button, it just beeps twice and won't start. The drum light also won't turn off. Seriously?! This thing has been in service for less than one week! At least the issue indicates that the door switch isn't telling the unit that the door is closed... so late at night, and ready for bed, I remove the door switch and disassemble it. The contact is barely touching when the switch is depressed. Make an adjustment to the contact, reinstall the switch and all is good. I should have known something was off when the drum light would turn on since day when the door was barely opened, about a 1/4 of an inch is all it would take to trigger. After the adjustment, the door has to opened 3/4 of the way not inch, before the light comes on. The quality control just seems to have been lacking horribly, and I whole heartedly hope this isn't the case with the rest of the internal components.

Washer Makes a high pitch squeel noise had a dent on it. But i bought open box. Washed and drys with the best of them

Great product good price we we’re looking for a washer and dryer set at a good price and this was great.

I've heard bad things about lg and samsung appliances but so far this lg dryer impresses me. It derects blockages in the exhaust, uses water for steam cleaning and notifies my phone when it's done. I love it

Dries clothes quickly. There are so many settings to adapt to certain conditions.

Very spacious an efficient especially for beddings and big active families.

Traded Samsung for LG washer is so much better. Even let me know my vents to the outside needed to be cleaned.
