Overall seems to do well. The sensor for checking the lint filter and/or vent being blocked appears to be touchy at times. Tried the steam function and wasn't overly impressed but need to see if I did it correctly. Didn't expect much from it truthfully, so not in a hurry to find out.

Interior light comes on at "will" rather than when one opens the door. Plus, when one does open the door.....it doesn't come on at all!!! Two appointments, via my Total Tech account. Problems with the first appointment (no show) and the second appointment the techician couldn't fix it.

LG, help!! We bought our dryer in November of 2021...Not long ago but we are outside of the warranty. Last week, it started to put out a terrible smell so we had it checked out. The certified technician said we had an issue with the three-wire heating element and that the entire assembly would have to be replaced, costing over $500. Any other suggestions?! Is this really a $500 fix? There is no way these machines are built to only last a couple years.

Bought Oct 2022, motor went out Jan 2025.
Repair cost $750. I really hoped to get more than 3 1/4 years out of this $800 dryer.
nP error code is bad news.
