    faulty faulty faulty. Bought Augist 2023. February 2024 im having the geek quad to my house FOR A SECOND TIME to fix this godforsaken machine. You need an enginerring degree to operate this. If you research online it tell you to go to control panel to "settings" this is not visible. You will not find it. You have to call geek squad they take 2 weeks +. Meanwhile your laundry is wet and moldy. TERRIBLE.

    This machine does not fully dry clothing. I have cleaned out the dryer vent and vacuumed the machine, checked the lint filter repeatedly but to no avail.

    Do Not Buy this dryer!!! It’s garbage. Bought it May 2023 and it has stopped blowing hot!!! Called Best Buy and was told that it’s out of warranty and I’m on my own. I’ll never buy another appliance from them again!!!

    Really sad after 2 months stop working is a waste of money almost $900 is ridiculous not recommended Don’t waste your money the dryer stop heating I have no idea buy something new and not even last one year I’m really disappointed

      Hi there, This must have been a very disappointing experience for you. We regret that you've experienced this with your LG Unit. Please know that we'd like to help you with a resolution for the concerns that are being reported today. Please contact us at 800-243-0000. We'd like to help rectify the issues that you have with your LG Washer. Try running the wash cycle with a cup full of vinegar, and check to be sure that your drain hose is not clogged in any way. A tub cleaner at least once a week may also be helpful. Once you've done these things, try leaving the washer open so that it can completely dry and dissipate the smell.     Dryer broke within the first two weeks. Heating element isn’t working. It is being exchanged/replaced. Hopefully the new one works for longer than 2 weeks.

    I am still waiting for the delivery of this dryer. Best Buy has canceled every appointment. Every customer service person I spoke to said let me try. No result. It was purchased Sept 25 2023

    Ordered in early October, back ordered twuce, deluvered yesterday and not heating up to dry clothes. Waiting on tech yet again for review of brand new dryer. Not very happy right now!!!

    Bought this dryer and because I have too many turns in my venting in my home the dryer won’t work. Had to exchange for a different brand and settle for a smaller capacity. Very poor experience with LG. Couldn’t even get a chance to use the features it came with.

    Does not work and may not have been installed correctly. Best buy sent a crew to install and they did not even test it or test my gas line for leaks. Dryer does not dry.

    Great dryer. Efficient and big enough for my duvet and down comforter. Has two options to open as well which helps if you are in a small space.
