    I bought an open box model but it works perfectly. I even had to reverse the direction of the door and that was very manageable. I will be shopping the outlet for all my appliances in the future.

    I bought this set a few years ago and had high hopes for the longevity and preformance of this set. I have to say after a few years of disappointment DO NOT BUY THESE! The dryer is currently broken AGAIN! 2nd time in less than 5 years. And the washer just dose not get my clothes as clean as they should for what this model costs and lg's claims. Needless to say I am already looking to buy a new set. Also another little piece of information I found out about LG appliances after I purchased (unfortunately for me) the parts for both LG and Samsung are proprietary! Which means that you can only use LG parts on LG products same with Samsung. And good luck getting those parts. Unlike Maytag, GE, Whirlpool whose parts are interchangeable and much easier to get. I will also add that LG customer service is NONEXISTENT they are the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY/PEOPLE to deal with! Life is not good with lg!!!

    I cannot tell you how much I hate this dryer. I wish I had never purchased it or listened to the Best Buy rep that talked me into it. Run, don't walk, as fast as you can away from this machine.
