I was looking for a drier that the door would open downward and I found this one !! I love the fact that it the door can be open downward and side ways, however it doesn’t open all the way the down, it only goes half way but it’s enough to put in and take out the clothes. I wish the door would go all the way down, then I would off giving it 5 stars.

Was leary about LG but after reading reviews and a recommendation from our family, we decided to purchase both. Very easy installation and operation.

The "normal" setting dries using med-high heat. The only way to select a low heat is to choose the "manual" setting and then you have to increase the time. But even on the normal setting, the clothes are often not dry when the cycle is finished, particularly the sweatshirts and turtlenecks. Also, Best Buy messed up our delivery three times by repeatedly failing -- despite multiple official requests -- to order the correct size truck to navigate our property. and their customer service was non-existent -- truly impossible to get any help from the "customer care" number. I do not recommend getting appliances from Best Buy.
