    Very loud gas burner. Also it was difficult to find the propane conversion kit. It needs to be ordered directly from LG. Best Buy doesn’t offer the kit.

    This review is not for the washer and dryer, but for the Best Buy service I received (or did not receive). I ordered the washer and dryer on 11/11/23, one month ago. I paid for delivery, installation and haul-away of old washer and dryer. My old washer and dryer worked fine but was 15 years old. Both were delivered on 11/22/23. Finish on washer was damaged and washer had to be replaced, which I received on 11/26/23. Dryer did not heat. Because it's gas, it has to be installed by a certified installer. After six attempts to set up delivery and installation of dryer, and pick up of the dryer that didn't work, I am sitting here today (one month later) with an extra dryer in my laundry room, waiting to be picked up. I paid a private company to come and install new dryer, which was delivered on 12/5 but not hooked up. I was offered $100 gift card, which I have not received yet. I was offered more compensation by a Supervisor that PROMISED he would contact me to check on the status of the dryer within 24 hours. That was five days ago. No word from him or anyone. App says someone is coming on 12/13 to install dryer. Soo much has happened to prove the incompetence of Best Buy reps, supervisors, and installers. A total lack of communication within and with their customers. A simple delivery may be okay, but if there is any type of snag, they obviously are not trained to deal with that. They try to make you think they care. But, it's obvious, it's not about the customer!!!

    Does not really dry and there is a gas smell. Used a few times and the back panel inside is discolored already. Only had a few months

    I think If I did it over again, I would probably not buy this one. We get an error code every now and then when drying. We don’t know why.

    Poor customer service

    I originally bought a new washer/dryer set to be delivered in late October. A few days after my purchase was informed the dryer would not be available until Dec 6. Then in mid November was informed the dryer would not be availble till Feb 1, 2023. I cancelled that order and placed a new order about a week ago. My new gas dryer was delivered 3 hours ago. The dryer spins, but does not heat. The installer said there was a problem with the dryer gas ignition. Called customer service and after 40 minutes on hold I was informed I would be “compensated” with a new dryer to be delivered 8 days later. I have to give 6 weeks notice to get a day off so now I have to try to find someone to work for me so I can be off work another day. So far I have had to use 3 none returnable vacation days to get my new appliances. Best Buy appears to be very good at selling appliances, but their after purchase customer service is incredibly poor.

    The door doesnt stay open aand the light doesn’t stay on. I wish or was bigger. It gets the job done.

    HORRIBLE BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I would have given Zero stars if that was an option. My negative review isn't due to the washing machine but is because of Horrible Customer Service from Best buy. I ordered a matching appliance set, received the dryer but the washer was delayed on being delivered. Fast forward 3 months and I receive an email stating that my washer is now out of stock and my order will be cancelled. I reached out to Customer Care to have my Dryer returned for credit towards a new matching set but was told I was out of the return window. They delayed my delivery for 3 months causing me to be out of my return window and I was told basically Tough and it's not there problem. I now have a dryer with no matching Washer even though I spent over $1800 with them. The customer service agent actually told me that I'd have to go try and find a matching Washer from a different retailer. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUYER BEWARE
