Best customer service... NOT.

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered my machine July 5, 2023 and it hasn't worked since the day I got it took weeks for them to even agree to send one out, sent someone out and they deemed it unfixable. Since the tech THEY sent out issued a repair code and NOT a replace code I'm now going on 3 weeks waiting on them to decide what to do. The company they subcontract refuse to come out because they said its a lemon needs to be replaced. So now I'm waiting for them to find someone to come out no offer of replacement. Now hundreds of dollars has been given to my laundromat and they have no urgency to fix this "3-5 days some will schedule another repair appointment" after they told me the people they subcontractor to said they won't be coming out again to work on a unfixable machine.

Buy the 5 year warranty

Smart Gas Dryer with EasyLoad Door that I have purchased since 2019. The first one started having issues that it cost too much to replace the parts. Definitely purchase the 5-year warranty. It's worth it. Appliances do not last that long anymore.

Poor drying

You attempt to restart cycle and it will end within 5 minutes because it believe they are dry. Blankets and larger load need multiple restarts and special settings to dry.

Easy load door nice 2 options front or side

Dryer

It been a little 3 weeks now since I used my dryer.

TERRIBLE

February 2024 im having the geek quad to my house FOR A SECOND TIME to fix this godforsaken machine. You need an enginerring degree to operate this. If you research online it tell you to go to control panel to "settings" this is not visible. You will not find it. You have to call geek squad they take 2 weeks +. Meanwhile your laundry is wet and moldy. TERRIBLE.

doesn't quite hit the mark

Garbage!!! Breaks down just after warranty!

Trash of dryer

Posted .Hi there, This must have been a very disappointing experience for you. We regret that you've experienced this with your LG Unit. Please know that we'd like to help you with a resolution for the concerns that are being reported today. Please contact us at 800-243-0000. We'd like to help rectify the issues that you have with your LG Washer. Try running the wash cycle with a cup full of vinegar, and check to be sure that your drain hose is not clogged in any way. A tub cleaner at least once a week may also be helpful. Once you've done these things, try leaving the washer open so that it can completely dry and dissipate the smell. Please don't hesitate to let us know what we can do further to help. ~Tanisha
