Hi there, This must have been a very disappointing experience for you. We regret that you've experienced this with your LG Unit. Please know that we'd like to help you with a resolution for the concerns that are being reported today. Please contact us at 800-243-0000. We'd like to help rectify the issues that you have with your LG Washer. Try running the wash cycle with a cup full of vinegar, and check to be sure that your drain hose is not clogged in any way. A tub cleaner at least once a week may also be helpful. Once you've done these things, try leaving the washer open so that it can completely dry and dissipate the smell.
