Hi there. We're really sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you've had with the delivery of your dryer from Best Buy. It must be incredibly disappointing to have had multiple appointment cancellations without any successful resolution. It's frustrating when each customer service representative you've spoken with has been unable to provide a solution, despite their efforts. Waiting for such a long period, as it was purchased back in September 2023, only adds to the disappointment and inconvenience.
