Great dryer so far. Love the quick load feature on the door. The "sensor" dry doesnt do the best job, clothes still seem a little damp, but I have yet to find a dryer that actually drys with the sensor setting. Easily hooked to wifi and can use remote start and notifications when the cycle ends.

We purchased the set in April 2022, I have NO complaints, these run quiet. both the water and gas bill have gone down. Best of all I do not spend all day doing the laundry anymore. I love my LG Washer and Dryer.

Worth spending that extra bucks!! I have purchased this unit and have been very pleased with it . Dries clothes fast and the drum size is perfect for large loads. Very satisfied so far!

Dry clothes fast and lots of room for a large load

Only reason this is 4 star is that the matching washer can hold a large amount of soothed and wash them effectively, but the dryer cannot do the same in one cycle. I need to run one normal cycle and then one speed dry. Works very well otherwise!

Was Having a problem with the dryer being hot is the third dry it and I had to take back and get but then found out I realize the temperature wasn’t sit right so it is a pretty good dryer it’s just you have to really know how to set it

Still learning the options but happy so far. I have a small garage so I love the two hinges on the door that allow me to use the hamper feature when the car is parked inside. Erica provided great customer service.

It's a good product but has a difficult ti.e getting larger loads completely dry on the 1st try. I have to go back and run it a second time in order to have everything at the driest level. Good for the money / cost. Also has great features. Overall a good buy

Timely & efficient delivery. First Installation crew completely inadequate, lack of know how, couldn't do. Called to confirm delivery at 6:25 AM, not the night before as told. Second installation crew, 3/4 days later, was very efficient & completed the job in less than 20 minutes!

This machine is great for the price. The added functionality of it being a smart device is really helpful for me and the family. Being able to check the time remaining on my phone is a life saver. Most importantly it gets the job done and dries all my clothing without a hitch!

This dryer is great love the door opens two ways when you put the clothes in it tilts so you don’t drop them on the floor. When the clothes are dry the door can swing open to drop in the basket. We have had this dryer for a week. Would definitely recommend.

As I said in the summary very good dryer only problem is it wouldn't connect what the Wi-Fi this LG dryer is in a class of his own it's deeper and bigger then the normal 7.3 I wish tech support would be more knowledgeable about these appliances but other than that it was a good experience p

Wish some of the preset cycles would allow the option to increase the Heat or Time because sometimes it needs an extra 10 minutes. It's easily overcome by using the Speed dry option because you can increase or decrease the time to finish.

Love it. Love having the cool feature of the door being able to open half way down to form a chute to load clothes easier, then the ability to swing open to unload. Love the smart features that text you when done, or display it on our lg tv.

Great dryer! This is my 2nd LG dryer (the 1st is in a previous house) and I've found the brand to offer high quality at a reasonable price. Plus it's a sleek design and looks great in my laundry room.

WOW this dryer is high quality and a great value! I love the two options you have of opening the dryer, from the top or the side very cool feature, it can easily fit a comforter or bulky items. Not only is it beautiful, but energy efficient which is one of the reasons we purchased it. We love all the features of this dryer and this model works with the LG app which is fantastic! I highly recommend you work with Best Buy consultation team to make sure it will fit in your home and that the order process, delivery and installation are smooth, our Best Buy team was amazing throughout the entire purchase experience. I love the 2 way door, great dryer I do wish the capacity size matched the washer it was paired with. If you do a large wash sometimes you have to run the dryer longer, but not a huge deal, still love the set.

Owned previous dryer for 18 years. No service calls. Dryer quit drying. Was pleased that Best Buy could find me a new one. Not much in stock during the Covid situation. Easy to use and drys very efficiently.

We’ve had a great experience with this dryer so far. We purchased an LG washer 2 years ago from Best Buy and it’s fantastic. So we knew we had to go with LG for a new dyer!
