    This was a brand new dryer that was delivered to us and it would not stay hot. After 3 visits of the geek squad, Best Buy finally sent a repair and it was an issue with the calibration detecting the gas to ignite the fire. A brand new dryer shouldn’t have to be serviced. But it is what it is.

    I had to go back and adjust the purchase of the washer and dryer. Once delivered I noticed that in the mix of the confusion at the counter that they never out my warranty back on my dryer just on my washer. So that along with the delivery changes last minute, I am not sure I would purchase any major items from best buy in the future. It was a headache to say the least.
