Delivery came but drivers could not install gas dryer due to lack of conversion kit. Waited another week for new delivery people. I am not satisfied with the delivery scheduling and broken promises. More interested in selling you the item but not interested in keeping delivery promise

So it’s like you have to warm up your car in the winter. Other than that it’s working fine

The sensor drying cycles are worthless. Everything has to be done manually and then you can’t use any of its special “features”. I have no confidence in this and will be replacing it when it’s warranty expires. Oh yeah, the burner sounds like it’s about to explode every time it goes on. You can see the floor glow red in front when it’s on. Never had one like this. Never an LG again. And, my customer service experience with LG on another product was terrible, too.

We bought it before the pandemic hit and the installer did not come, it was rescheduled and then cancelled because of the pandemic. The installer company should pay for this delay, as they were the ones at fault for us still having to wait for it for about one more Month!!!!!
