Design-wise is good but the door when you close seems to be of low quality. The door makes a clunking sound when you close it, it sounds cheap. It sounds like it's missing a rubber damper.

Had problems when used it the first time error code came up repeatedly. I called Best Buy they had me call manufacturer. The manufacturer did a little troubleshooting, we will see if it works.

Worst dryer ever

It sounds like crickets when it’s running, something is lose and I bought it before I got settled into my new place so it’s past the point of return. The “sensor” for drying clothes doesn’t work. Run it on sensored dry and the clothes are still damp. Have to keep setting it to run after it’s stopped. This is a crap appliance I wish I would’ve taken other reviewer’s review to heart.
