Great over all!! I just don’t like the fact that it locks down the door and you have to pause it to open it just in case you forgot to add more clothes. Or more fabric softer while it’s rising.

It's hard for me to review the dryer at this point - the crew who came to deliver and install my washer and dryer were great about bringing them down to my laundry room - but then told me they weren't allowed to install my gas dryer because it hadn't been listed on their sheet from the dispatcher - even though it was clearly marked on my purchase receipt. So while they plugged it in and hooked up the main hose, they never did hook up the gas, so my dryer still doesn't actually work. I think once all is fixed I'll recommend the dryer - just not Best Buy to install it.

As suspected, this dryer is too noisy. I am just waiting to see if this is at least energy star product as specified.

The setting has to be on high in order to get my clothes dry. And the lighting on there to see the buttons are terrible.

The item is not drying my clothes in one cycle. Even loads that only have 1 item Machine is getting hot so im not sure why

Average performance. Clothes sometimes require multiple cycles to be completely dry. Wouldn’t recommend this unit unfortunately.

unfortunately the clothes are still pretty damp after a full drying cycle, but they're fine if we put it on "more dry" or whatever that mode is

Dryer failed December 12th 2020, less than one year old. LG chose, and sent repairman 3 different times (4 if you count the no show), and the dryer is still not working. It is now January 27th and LG expects me to wait 15 business days before they can decide what do next. I am done waiting, and have sent a demand letter to LG in preparation for small claims court. Based on this experience, I don’t think LG is capable of supporting their products.

Having issues with it completely drying close. Many times jeans and socks are still damp after a cycle.

Dryer not as good as the one i just got rid of..but its ok have to dry item occasionally twice...

Product is OK. I just need to read the manual for more information on how to use other features.

I ordered installation when I purchased the dryer. The unit was delivered and the drivers said they were not authorized to install it. They promised to have someone return the next wee to install, they did not show up. I still have not had the dryer installed.

I ordered wrong item. Needed electric[ my fault] Took 9+ days to see credit in account. Were it not for Joel at Columbia I might still be waiting for proper credit/electric dryer at correct price. Joel deserves raise as he adjusted my account to make me 100% financially whole.

I’m disappointed. When the clothes are dry, the clothes come out wrinkled.

Received the first dryer. It was installed with the old vent and gas line, even though I paid for the new ones. Dryer signaled that the air flow was limited. We cleaned out the vents. Dryer still didn't work. Best Buy exchanged the dryer, the new one worked right away. It still has the airflow sign on after a while, which means I should clean the filter. Overall very disappointed with Best Buy. Not impressed with the dryer. The delivery team scuffed my walls. I will go somewhere else next time.

Paid 150.00 for delivery and installations of new washer and dryer. Initial delivery canceled 30 minutes prior to delivery rescheduled for today 3/2420. Due to virus, was notified that in-house delivery was unavailable and that new units would be dropped off curbside. Old units would be taken if placed out on curb. Delivery truck showed up guys told me that as of today they were instructed not to take old units. The units were 5 feet from truck. I already did half of there job by pulling them out not to mention that I was going to have to install myself. Seeing that the delivery service is not up to snuff, I canceled order and placed new order with competitor guaranteeing take a way and installation. Best Buy needs to align itself with a better delivery provider. Service on this order was horrible at best. Given the money I have spent over the years, BB will last consideration going forward.

cycle is set to longer time to dry but the clothes are not fully dry

Needed a new system board within a year. It was covered by warranty but we were out a dryer for two weeks less than a year after the purchase and apparently it is a very common issue with these dryers. It works fine again afterward, but how long with this board last? $1k dryers should fair better. The matching washer board just crapped out too and is probably just out of warranty now. Last LG purchase for me.

This has got to be the worst dryer I have ever owned. The sensor drying cycles are worthless. Everything has to be done manually and then you can’t use any of its special “features”. I have no confidence in this and will be replacing it when it’s warranty expires. Oh yeah, the burner sounds like it’s about to explode every time it goes on. You can see the floor glow red in front when it’s on. Never had one like this. Never an LG again. And, my customer service experience with LG on another product was terrible, too.

I’m finding it hard to like this dryer. It should not take me 3 one hour dry cycles to dry 3 pairs of jeans, socks and some underwear. I make sure to use the extra spin cycle while washing the clothes and the cloths are not damp when I switch to the dryer.
