    I will not buy any LG Products - Fridge fail less then 3 years . Now the dryer less then 2 years - Be aware of this dryer !!!!bought it 2019 less then 2 years failed - tech came out 4 times change parts and still not working. Luckily I had extended warranty through beat buy Still going through replacements process. 4 weeks no dryer at home with 3 children .

    Dryer does not keep up with washer.

    Dryer does not keep up pace with the washer, we have to dry many loads for two hours. Very difficult to wash many loads in a row because the drying time is so unpredictable.

    This is the worst dryer I’ve ever used. It sounds like crickets when it’s running, something is lose and I bought it before I got settled into my new place so it’s past the point of return. The “sensor” for drying clothes doesn’t work. Run it on sensored dry and the clothes are still damp. Have to keep setting it to run after it’s stopped. This is a crap appliance I wish I would’ve taken other reviewer’s review to heart.

    VERY DISAPPOINTED

    The Dryer worked fine for the first 3 months. Then it stopped drying and would cut off in middle of drying cycles. LG Promised me 2 weeks ago they would have someone out to fix the dryer. I still haven't seen or heard from anyone. So, its my experience LG doesn't stand behind their product. I haven't had a working dryer for over a month now.

    The dryer doesn’t appear to dry the clothes! I had the previous LG model and it worked more efficiently! Not satisfied at all!

    Broken dryer vent during installation

    Get the installation at your own risk. After telling the person installing my dryer NUMEROUS times that he smashed my dryer vent and being told ‘it’s okay, don’t worry about it’ - my dryer is not working at full capacity. I got my dryer installed by Best Buy but I am never having them install any appliance again. The installation team was rushed and did a sloppy job causing me to not be able to use my machine.

    Nothing but problems

    This Dryer has not worked properly since I purchased it. I purchased the Geeksquad protection. They have came out several times to fix it with negative results. I just scheduled another appointment to have my dryer repaired. This has been a total waste of money. Hopefully they can fix it this time.

    If I could give nO stars I would. Dryer quit heating 11 months after purchase. Things go wrong, but the support from LG is absolutely HORIBLE. 5 replaced parts and 3 weeks without a dryer. Now they want me to wait another 5-6 business days for review. I NEED A DRYER

    Attempted door reversal a disaster

    Two attempts by Geek squad were unsuccessful an dryer had to be returned. We decided to not reverse the door to avoid problems with the third.

    Do not bye this dryer.!! I have received two new dryers I’ve made three visits to the store called many times had four visits at my house and it’s still not working properly .I’ve never been able to dry one load of wash yet,it’s really discouraging ,aggravating and most disappointing…

    It works fine but casing on top of machine is very weak. I leaned on the top of it and it dented in so easily. Should not be so fragile. Dissatisfied and disappointed with that aspect of it.

    Unable to judge a product yet to be received!

    Unfortunately An order on Oct. 17th has not even been delivered yet and it’s not going to be until Nov. 20th. I live in a semi rural area and I don’t drive so I can’t even tell you how inconvenient this has been for Me. The delivery service you use is not acceptable!

    Dryer element error code all the time

    Always receiving an error code for the dyer sensor. Machine is less than 1 year old. Clothes do not dry and have to run cycle several time in order to dry clothes.

    The energy saver setting drys the clothes with cold air so it takes twice as long to dry so I never use it. If I wanted cold air I would hang them outside.

    I would not purchased this dryer again .Very disappointed with dryer it takes for ever to dry the laundry especially the towels and a heavy load. My advice do not purchase this dryer

    Samsung Dryer

    Dryer sucks does not get hot this one is going back. I have an LG being delivered the end of January. I will never purchase a Samsung product again as far as a washer or dryer goes.
