Like that the door opens down as a chute for putting your clothes in AND from the side for taking them out. The dryer has all the necessary features and the ability to connect to an app on your phone. Haven't tried that yet.

Sleek. Works well. Love the features and the "smart" notifications. Reworking the door to open to the left rather than to the right was not trivial but otherwise no complaints.

Dual action door is an outstanding feature. Drys clothes consistently. Lint trap is conveniently located in front of door. ThinQ app is quite useful to notify you of the status of both washer and dryer.

I ordered my LG Dryer. First delivery, the dryer vent was bent and the door would not lock. Waited 4 days for my next delivery. Second delivery, the top part with the electronics was not attached and the components were loose. I had to wait 3-4 more days and they third dryer delivered worked. So far, the dryer works well. I notice the "normal" setting does not dry some loads completely. I've been drying everything on "heavy duty" and it drys completely. I wish I could give it a 5 Star. It's only been 2 weeks.

I like the LG products and this dryer does a great job. I bought a gas dryer and ditched the electric. I can now dry a load without having to restart two or three times.

This dryer is really good. I love the capacity and cycles. I only give it 4 stars because I am underwhelmed with the Best Buy installation. The vent hose used was way too long so the dryer kept sending me an error message (vent blocked). The hose was coiled in a big loop behind the dryer. When I pulled the dryer out to fix this, I also found a huge hole in the hose. I ended up fixing the problem myself to avoid the hassle of having someone coming again into the house. Whether the hole in the hose was there before installation or caused by poor installation is irrelevant. It was a very disappointing job regardless. Would not recommend the installation. Unacceptable that I paid for this service and ended up doing it myself.

One feature that comes with this dryer that we did not consider is the flexible door options. Our previous dryer was over ten years old, so perhaps this is just a standard with newer dryers, but we would never have known to look for it or even consider it to be a desirable feature. However, after using it for a few weeks, we grew to appreciate the ease of loading the clothes coming out of the washer in addition to being able to open the door the more traditional way when it is time to unload dry clothes!

I like the dryer. It works well for our needs and seems to be very big. The only thing I don’t like is that I have had a dryer sheet stuck in the drum twice. I hope this is not a re-occurring problem.

This is my second LG dryer. It is a great large capacity dryer. LG could improve the dryer by having the dryer light come on when you open the door. The light comes on at the end of a cycle or when you press the on button. Also the “normal” setting does not thoroughly dry the clothes. You need to adjust the default setting or create a custom setting If you don’t want the clothes to be damp.

We've been very happy with this dryer so far. It dries very quickly and thoroughly. It operates quietly as well and is simple to control.

A much needed upgrade over our old GE Profile dryer. I think how the door opens in tow different ways is an interesting option. The product is easy to use and no works great.

Delivered 2 days ahead of scheduled, Dries quicker than my previous dryer, looks well built. So far I've only used it for a week and haven't encountered any issues, Easy to use

Dryer works well, and there are plenty of good settings and internal light. Only negative is that the "sensing" dry feature tends to leave the load slightly damp.

not the fanciest dryer, but it has all of the options we need. it has a large capacity, great for bedding and comforters. it dries clothes well on the first sensor dry cycle.

So far so good. I’m getting used to all the fancy settings. It looks beautiful and thus far it’s working great. I like the dual access door too.

This is our second LG dryer and I liked the last one a lot. (We decided to switch from electric to gas.) The sensor-dry on this one seems to work better, That said, the sensor works best when drying the same kind of stuff, e.g., all towels. I don't care about the sensor working or not, to be honest. I just pick time and heat and it works great. The door of this dryer lets you open it from the top to make a chute. I scoffed at it...what a silly feature..and LOVE IT! I use it ALL THE TIME! I also like having the controls on the back. And I'm delighted the little "done" chime is the same as their older model. Excellent dryer, my friends.

Very cool to watch clothes drying through window with light on!!! Flexible door opening feature is also a huge plus. After installing, reversed door hardware to match my own washer setup. Great companion dryer for my LG washer. Havent tried all the settings yet, but antibactetial mode works great. The olny improvements I would recommend are that the LED console lights could be programmed to appear more attractive, and the intetior cavity light power-on could be more automatic and less manual. I guess it is shipped like that to be more child proof or something. Overall A+

I love this dryer. The door opens 2 different ways and took 3 service calls to get it working properly, but now that it's working I have 0 complaints. Dryer = great. Service = great in the end. :)

It's a really good dryer machine, eco-energy and easy to use. I installed it itself and it's really simple. My wife loves the laundry washer and dryer set.
