Controls are very easy to use. With just simple touch buttons, it allows us to select cycle types making it easy to use even for elders. Also, water saving and quiet op are plus.

One month in and it’s working great. Big change from my previous model and the size of the unit is substantially larger. However so far so good!

Great dryer with option to open from top or side. The options are great for easy access in and out.

I love this dryer. It’s cool with its little melodies it plays to let you know it’s finished. The lighting is nice and it’s pack full of features. It works great. No regrets.

We got a Samsung earlier. But that had issues with drying, After we got the LG, it was better. drys faster and better, The door is very wide.

The dryness sensor is not worth advertising as a benefit. This is a replacement for our previous LG that had a small lint fire within the unit. I originally ordered from Lowes but they tried to add an additional $227.00 in gas line install fees so I canceled that order. This is a step-down from the previous unit but what they could deliver quickly that had some of the features desired.

Excellent dryer with features. Very pleased with the purchase. Have owned for a month and have had zero issues.

LG does it again! A+ Hi-tech features like WiFi compatible is really cool. Did not even know it could do that, till I got it home...

It’s good but actually can be better as with the existing features. WiFi can’t be connected due to QR code is unavailable for the app to scan and connect to the smart phone. By scanning nearby product, it takes FOREVER and in a result of not found. It comes with great feature but many are not adjustable. Good things about it is that it’s soooo quiet and it can cools it down before you reach out to the dried clothing with your bare hands.

My old dryer still worked, but it was on its last leg. There are so many options for drying my items, and I haven't had to worry about things coming out still damp. I had to install it myself since the delivery company did not have the appropriately-sized cap for my gas line (which was unsafe/a liability for them). I don't have "handyman" skills, but installation was easy. I'm beyond satisfied with the upgrade!

Very nice job on full loads. Small loads often do not dry completely. Time drying is the only setting that comes close to drying them properly. Dryer needs a touch up setting.

I only wish this could be electric. Not a big fan of gas, but that’s all that was available in the house. It dries stuff quickly and simply.

Nice dryer with the door being able to be opened two different ways. One way is like a oven door and the other is like a normal dryer.

So far it’s good. Haven’t had any problems yet, drys quickly and the reminder on your phone is always nice touch.

This is a really nice dryer, Some of the settings are a bit confusing but it gets the job done!!

As with any new appliance, you have to get to know its limits, but I have been very happy with how well it dries clothes, and eliminates wrinkles.

I love this dryer. I can adjust the time and temperature with just a couple buttons. The dryer is quiet as well, a nice bonus.
