Works well. My favorite thing is the door! Open from the side or flat down. It is a great feature. Easy to keep filter clean with it being in the front.

We bought this open box and it works great. This connects to your phone via wifi & an app and that's nice, but not super useful. We have the gas version.

Very good machine. Versatile door. LG is good quality. We had a Whirlpool Machine and Dryer but the brand just breaks too easily. Warranty is too difficult to use!

Really easy to set up, takes some time to get used to the "smart" aspect of it. It will turn off when it senses something is dry, so you may have to play around with the settings.

I really like this Dryer. It's quite and the heat stays in the dryer or goes up the vent, but not into the room. Dryers have come a long way!

Controls are very easy to use. With just simple touch buttons, it allows us to select cycle types making it easy to use even for elders. Also, water saving and quiet op are plus.

We really like the dryer it is compact but hole a lot. Only complaint is the it is a little noisy, but noting you can't live with.

One month in and it’s working great. Big change from my previous model and the size of the unit is substantially larger. However so far so good!

I love this dryer. It’s cool with its little melodies it plays to let you know it’s finished. The lighting is nice and it’s pack full of features. It works great. No regrets.

Great dryer with option to open from top or side. The options are great for easy access in and out.

We got a Samsung earlier. But that had issues with drying, After we got the LG, it was better. drys faster and better, The door is very wide.

LG does it again! A+ Hi-tech features like WiFi compatible is really cool. Did not even know it could do that, till I got it home...

Still getting used to all the settings, sometimes clothes seem too wrinkled, but sure it takes a bit to learn what settings are best for all types of laundry.

Great set to replace the old ones. The low-noise in operation and the high-efficiency soap use plus low water waste are wonderful.

The dryness sensor is not worth advertising as a benefit. This is a replacement for our previous LG that had a small lint fire within the unit. I originally ordered from Lowes but they tried to add an additional $227.00 in gas line install fees so I canceled that order. This is a step-down from the previous unit but what they could deliver quickly that had some of the features desired.

It’s good but actually can be better as with the existing features. WiFi can’t be connected due to QR code is unavailable for the app to scan and connect to the smart phone. By scanning nearby product, it takes FOREVER and in a result of not found. It comes with great feature but many are not adjustable. Good things about it is that it’s soooo quiet and it can cools it down before you reach out to the dried clothing with your bare hands.
