First one needed to be replaced after 3 services and lots of parts replaced. Only reason we stayed with brand is because of the warranty replacement

Installation went very well and technicians were able to reuse some of my old parts. HOWEVER, six weeks & 4 phones later, I am still waiting for my refund on the returned parts.

LG has tried to repair 5 times and the repair people just want to leave. They don’t care about fixing. BestBuy hasn’t responded re my request for a replacement. Awful. Don’t buy LG and don’t buy from BestBuy

We have had this product for under two years and it’s ruining all of our clothes. I normally do not write bad reviews, but this is the worst LG product ever purchased. You will be spending more money on replacing all of your ruined items.

No follow up on day of installation (today) 8/13/2021. Waited for 4hours. My window time. Not one update call or follow up. Reached out to my sales rep (very responsive) who said “they” couldn’t reach dispatch so “they” left a email and I should expect a call. Nothing. Will think twice on my next purchase.
