I like that I have so many choices. Still learning what works with what. And how muce roomie the space is in the dryer. Can put so many more items to dry.

Jeans still come out a little damp with the sensor drying, but I haven't encountered a dryer yet that didn't leave jeans damp on anything other than timed dry.

I don’t like reviews that don’t offer much because the product is new but I’m doing this to get Best Buy bonus points. We’ve only had the dryer less than 2 weeks but it’s good so far.

Drys clothes super fast then stops automatically once your clothes are dried! Saving you a lot on your gas bill

While it hasn't been a problem yet I can see in the near future someone trying to "fully" open the door via the top and rip it right off its hinges.

Five star for dryer not the help of Best Buy, the price match is not as they state. Don't take care of their customers.

Beautiful design, however clothes takes longer to dry than expected and will often shut off with cloths still not completely dry.

So far everything is working great! No complaints. I chose the LG products based upon prior experience with LG appliances.

I dries the clothes. That's good. Would like complete instructions printed in a book. Instructions don't cover everything.

It seems like you can’t fit as much into the dryer that you can the compatible washer but overall I’m really happy with my purchase

Love the bigger drum size. Wash is great and its quiet. Nice to hook up app and wash when we tell it when we're gone so clothes arent sitting wet

This dryer is excellent. Many different cycles...love the steam cycles for getting wrinkles out of husband’s dress shirts. Really quiet and efficient

Excellent dryer. Dry clothes fast and the steam option is a great feature. Also, dual directional door is very useful.

With multiple options to dry and sensing when the clothes are dry it is wonderful. Reduced the time to dry and saved money on the gas bill.

Bought the matching set, the washer and dryer have been great. Best Buy customer service made this purchase even better.

Works pretty good. Timer dry is better than presets. Need a light on the interface.

Great product so far. love the feature of being able to load it from the top, and when unloading, just open it sideways for easy out!

We had an LG W/D previously, loved it! This is a different model & doesn't seem to dry very well.

Seemed like there were multiple start/stops in getting our new washer and dryer delivered and installed. Best Buy could do better working with their install team to deliver the human touch... We are happy with the LG washer and dryer that we selected. Machines are quiet and efficient, and use less detergent. Maybe the delay in getting them installed made the heart grow fonder...
