Does what it’s supposed to do for the most part. Sometimes I feel like the smart feature leaves my clothes damp which is a little confusing at first and just took some time to learn how to get my clothes as dry like the Sahara.

Quiet and love the size . Easy push button service

We needed a replacement gas dryer and fast. We used consumer reports to find a quality replacement. They had it available within a couple of days. This unit fits our need perfectly. We opted to install it ourselves as their install price was a bit steep. We are very happy with our purchase.

Dryer works well. Door only opens left to right, which is not good when the washing machine has to be to the right of the dryer. Door also opens from top to bottom but the opening is about a 45 degree angle not 90.

We like the feature that allows the door to open from the top down or side to side! Our other dryers always had a light that automatically came on when dryer door was opened. This one does not...you have to turn on the light manually.

It's working great so far, it's a higher end model then we orginally came in for but after we talked with the department manager (I believe his name was Brandon) he convinced us this would be the one that best fit our needs.

Love this dryer it’s got so much room and so many different settings no matter what your trying to dry this dryer can do it. Also love the fact that I get alerts on my phone when it finishes a cycle or I can check it’s progress during a cycle! Well worth the money!

So far I like this dryer. Though getting LG’s ThinQ app setup on iPhone is challenging and the chime that’s played when the cycle is completed is not loud enough to be heard when not close to the location of the dryer even when set on high.

We switched from a Samsung to a LG and this one is a BIG one in comparison to the Samsung. I like the WiFi feature which allows you to turn on our dryer remotely. Not that we would use this - but nice to have in case you're out and about and want to remotely turn on the dryer.

no call / no show on my delivery. This is the second time this happen. The first order I cancelled was for 2 tv's for the super bowl,and this order I had to take a day off to pick it up at the warehouse.

Awesome dryer. Only complaint is that every now and then it doesn’t dry the load completely. Have to start another to get it dry. Maybe I’m not understanding it. Will play around with settings some more.

Love the stove. It cooks our food very good and even. I really Love the oven with the many features it has. Cakes come out even and they rise beautiful. Best stove I have Ever had.

We looked at many dryers and settled on this LG It came highly rated and this was confirmed by the sales person. We liked the steam feature as my wife does day care...good for toys. The delivery was timely and quick.

Love the dryer functions including WiFi. With the LG app, it notifies me when drying is done. I could check remaining drying time and add more minutes if needed on my phone.

I like the dryer but it needs to be tweaked a bit . the dryer shuts off before cloths are fully dry because of the sensors. Just a heads-up the door does not fold down all the way flat

It doesn’t have all the instructions, you have to look on YouTube for some instructions and watch a video, after that you can use your machine.

4 Stars being I am not SMART enough to figure out this DRYER yet. It as more functions than the standard ones I have used in the past. I have ZERO complaints and Happy I bought this set.

I love this dryer! The design of the door makes it so much easier to load and unload. I also love the steam feature. My clothes have never looked better!
