    First, the box had been opened and taken off before we took delivery. Then, the store gave me a hookup for a stove not a recipe dryer which I paid for. Then they offered NO assistance with the conversion to butane. A call to LG transferred me to an aftermarket sales place that was no help. After conversion was accomplished discovered washer and dryer are not the same color.
