The Worst Dryer

What was the point if I can't load more than halfway for it to be functional!!? The piece of c__p does not dry unless it's a small load. It doesn't make seeeeeenseee! And I paid SO MUCH!!! URGHHHHHH And don't even get me started on how poorly it was installed, they broker the door trim and I had to fix the duct because it got crushed! WAIT! THERE'S MORE!! Why does it even say that it's wifi able?? The machine supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks only. I don't think the speed exist anymore.

Not impressed

Took too long to dry. Recieved the second dryer and works better but not impressed. Dryes well but leaves clothes wrinkled and when I use the steam function, it does nothing. Not impressed.

Sneaky salesman

He told me I needed to wait until they moved it to the exit door. Once moved to a high traffic area he asked me if I really wanted to have it unwrapped because it would take them a long time to rewrap it. After the wrapping was removed, I saw a huge hidden dent on the top of the washer. Sneaky sales. I asked for a refund.

worst purchase ever

Techs have replaced every part possible. Best buy is no help. Geek squad is no help. After 3 weeks they have finally agreed to replace it. I waited all day yesterday for new unit. They stood us up. They use outside contractors who are not held accountable. Now I am 4 weeks without dryer. Currently on hold with someone in Panama City ? waiting for a supervisor for the past 30 minutes!

LEMON of a DRYER

I want a new machine but LG will not give one to us, unless it is deemed unfixable. this is totally unacceptable! DO NOT PURCHSE LG!

Waste of Money

Dryer was defective

Called geek Squad - new one to be delivered 3/2/20, so we will see. Gave poor review as item did not work, so no idea on how well it works when not defective.

Don't Purchase any LG products!!!!!

Found out when techs came out to install my washer and dryer with the extra storage unit underneath. LG went downhill over the years. Never purchase an LG again.

Dryer stopped working after 11 months.

LG confirmed under warranty and still waiting after a week to be contacted about a next step. Just back from the laundromat for the second week in a row.

Poor design.

Incredibly poor customer service

CHARGED FOR INSTALLATION THAT IS NOT COMPLETE

LG Dryer

The clothes don’t seem to dry completely when using the sensor even when I switch the setting to very dry. I wish the light would stay on longer when I’m getting the clothes out. I love that the door opens both ways. I have not tried the steam options yet.

Caught Fire

I advise to get that warranty and repair coverage. OH - and it looks like it is not even available to replace it anymore.
