Additionally, it does not dry particularly well and requires multiple dry cycles.

I use it as recommended, with normal load sizes, have a clean vent, and went through all the troubleshooting with LG. I also had a technician over; he checked and said everything was working as intended, but he said unfortunately "LG is intentional about leaving clothes damp when a cycle is complete". I'm not sure why they'd do that, but a dryer that doesn't dry is crazy. I have to run a second cycle, or hang dry for 4 out of 5 loads. Lots of extra time to get my laundry done. Very unhappy. LG won't back their warranty either.

I purchased a defective machine and the company is not willing to replace it in a timely manner. I have been without a dryer for a week with no answer as to when it will be fixed. Meanwhile, they are unwilling to give a replacement machine. Horrible, horrible customer service! I will never purchase another LG product, regardless of what it is. They do not stand behind their product.
