Very nice washer and dryer, but honestly most of the technology I'll never use.

Overall it's fine, but it seems that my cottons are starting to shrink using this dryer. The "Cotton/Normal" has a "Regular" heat setting but it can't adjust to "Low" heat. There isn't a good way to sensor dry a normal load using low heat.

Not too bulky and very sleek. It has a dry clean mode for delicates. Very happy with the purchase

On my 3rd washer because the last two broke. The front load washer shakes all over the place on spin cycles no matter the load size! First washer was putting holes in my clothes. Second one, the bearings broke from shaking so much, and now this brand new 3rd one is doing the same thing, shaking excessively and banging as well. The drum moves front to back more than it should. For over $2300 initially for these products with extended warranty it's amazing what garbage they are. I live in a condo that cannot fit a washer and dryer with a depth over 29.8 inches deep. These are the only ones that can fit there unless I go with the old school washer dryer combo. My units are stacked on top of one another properly per LG guidelines. I'm so over this having geek squad at my home about 10-15 times within a year and a half. In the meantime, they've scratched my floors, put a nice gouge in 2 sections of my walls in my condo. I know nothing is going to be perfect, but this is just beyond absurd. I was given a $300 gift card for the inconvenience, but it does me no good when they keep having to come out to my home and I have to switch days around or take a personal day to get them fixed. Also he first 2 sets were LG 4270 series. Hey discontinued them for all the issues they were having. Now they have the LG 4370 series, but there is no difference from what I've had to deal with. Stay away if you can. Go with Samsung if at all possible and if you have the room, I suggest going with a top loader...and for my condo friends with little room, stick with the combo all in one washer and dryers.

I got this as a combo set with my washer and although it looks so good, I haven't had the chance to use it.

A friend has this dryer and it works great for them. Unfortunately it is too deep for my laundry room.

We chose this dryer bc it had such great reviews and was highly recommended by Best Buy. We have been extremely disappointed. It’s an absolutely useless dryer. It takes over an hour to dry any light to medium load (and that’s at its highest settings), and up to 2 hours for towels and linen!!! Our old dryer was 100 times more efficient (most loads were dry within 30 mins). For any family with young children, lots of weekly laundry and 4 bedrooms worth of bed sheets this product is impractical. You’ll need days to dry your things if you buy this product. I normally don’t have time to write reviews but this product has been so horrible that I just felt I needed to warn others. I’m stunned by where the good reviews are coming from???!!!!

Very good dryer. It is got sensor and it adds time if needed.

I PAID FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THIS UNIT WHICH THE DELIVERY PERSONNEL REFUSED TO INSTALL. THEY STATED THAT LIABILITY ISSUES PREVENTED THEM FROM INSTALLING MY NEW PURCHASE. NEVER HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS ACTION BEFORE. I'LL NEVER PURCHASE ANY APPLIANCES FROM THE COMPANY AGAIN.

Im having issues drying up clothes i must do 2 or 3 times a cycle.

Bought this dryer with very high hopes after reading other reviews. Was entirely disappointed after making this purchase. Within one week of having this installed the dryer stopped heating up and thus drying. Used the LG Smart Thinq app which indicated there was absolutely no problem with the dryer. Called Best Buy and they had a new dryer to our home and installed the next day (amazing customer service Best Buy, thank you). A few weeks later we had the exact same problem occur again. Again the Smart Thinq app indicated there was no issue. We decided this time to call LG service so we could at least know why this same problem kept happening. Tech showed up two days after our call to LG and replaced two parts. Dryer worked for around two hours and then stopped heating again. Fortunately the tech gave us his mobile number. We called and called and he finally showed up to our home two days later. He said he needed to order another part to fix the dryer again. Then we heard nothing for days. We called and the tech would not reply. . We called LG who told us the job had been marked complete and asked if we wanted to start a new repair ticket. Then the tech wrote to say he was not working for the rest of the week and couldn't help us. So we started all over again with their long distance call center. The people at the call center seem to be reading from screens like robots. They had absolutely no understanding or reaction to the fact that any of this had occurred and that we were upset about not having a dryer for nearly ten days. They offered for a tech to come to our house the following week! At this point we said no thank you. We called Best Buy and they immediately agreed to a return and exchange. We have your new Maytag washer and dryer being delivered tomorrow. In summary this dryer has a clear problem. Maybe it has to do with the fact that we live in a high humidity environment (South Florida) and the LG gas dryer was not tested to work in conditions like ours. Maybe the dryer just cannot handle the high heat combined with high humidity. I dont really know, it is all speculation because their tech didn't fix the problem nor did he ever show up again to fix it or tell us what the problem was. Instead the tech and the company took the easy way out and just marked our job complete and left us hanging. I guess LG is still too new in the USA to really know how to satisfy customers here. If complex technical devices are your business in this country perhaps you should find a way to better serve customers here. Until then we will stay with brands which have a better record and history here and actually seem to care about their products and customers.
