Great machine, uses less water and energy. Clothes look great.

Should have been a simple repair but LG technician was not the best I have had do repairs. Dryer was run until over temp circuit was energized and never ran again. Best Buy went way beyond to assist in replacement f dryer in a short period of time. Cannot say enough about all the Best Buy personnel that assisted in the replacement. I would recommend BestBuy for any purchase .

Machine is great... but Best Buy's installing company refused to install my dryer because of the vent my old one used... Even though, per Best Buy's encouragement, I purchased a new vent to install... however, this company does not install the vent... so I was out of luck. My choice was refuse delivery or install myself.

Washer and dryer are ok. Built pretty cheap but seem to work pretty good so far.

I have only had this dryer for a month but so far I am impressed with all of the cycles and technology. Some cycles have left my clothes damp but I believe it's because I am not certain which cycle to use. I will be able to give a more accurate review after using this dryer for a little while longer

I purchased this item some weeks ago, and it was damaged. I got a new one but did not work. Then, I received the third one from best buy (a different model), but it is also damaged.

I'm a big LG appliance advocate. Due to a move we had to replace a washer and dryer. Had great past luck with LG so we repurchased them. Best Buy didn't have our original desired items in stock so we purchased up. Color is great however the dryer is junk. It does not completely dry clothes or towels. Finally called LG and got some support to turn off a default energy saver mode however in the end clothes are still wet or damp coming out. Store can't exchange because products are no longer in stock. I regret this purchase and will regret it for years I'm sure. I would not recommend and LG gas dryer.

Very confusing. Too many options and we've had to run every cycle we've tried twice so far to dry a load.

I've had this dryer and matching washer for 4 months, and its been a huge upgrade over my previous set. The dryer is fast, quiet, and very gentle on even my most delicate clothing.

Bought this dryer in conjunction with the 4.5 cu ft washer. Dries the clothes super fast. Plenty of room for bedding and larger items.

Love this driver, I have large family and with everything that needs to be cleaned and dried this unit is the best. Love that don't have to go to the laundry mat to wash and dry comforters anymore.

Excellent dryer. Dries fast. Many features. Improvement over my prior 10-yr old LG.

The washer does such a good job spinning out all the water that the dryer takes a lot less time to get things dry. Wrinkle guard is the best.... I don't always get them out right away...so it really helps that they don't just sit and get wrinkled in one spot. Awesome!

I bought this dryer a few years ago. It has a plastic lint trap inside the front when you open the door. The trap warps, catches clothes and destroys them. I called the company and they at first denied that it was a flaw. After fighting with many different people, I finally got one that admitted that there was a paid for fix to the flaw, someone would come out and fix it. Unfortunately I could not find my receipt and so they would charge me a large fee. I opted for their $35 fix where they created a shortened lint trap. It took about 4 months before it too was warped and has eaten hundreds of dollars of clothes. I now hang dry most things.

Dryer works great! Can fit a large comforter, sleeping bag, etc. Has many good features however need to add water for steam. Would prefer a water line attachment but do not really use it enough to be a big issue.
