Love the dryer! Works well, does a great job, even with heavy blankets. Only criticism is that we were missing the rack you set your shoes on that we thought came with it. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We got our dryer and it broke the first week! So we had to wait 10 days for another. LG is awful to deal with we got the Best Buy protection plan but they still made me call LG. After they delivered my 2nd dryer, they dropped it on my washer while stacking it. My brand new washer chipped and they had to order a new washer. If it breaks again, we will get a different brand.

Loving it so, installation by Best Buy was a breeze.

With a wide range of settings you can customize each load to its specific needs along with a large drum to hold even the largest of loads. Throw on top of that good looks and this is a great dryer!

I recently purchased this washer because my old, standard style washer had bit the dust. This is my first HE front-loading washer and I love it!! Not only are there a million ways you can set this machine to wash your clothes, but this thing is so intelligent, it makes doing your laundry fun! I love the "sanitary" and "allergen" settings on the machine which I use for towels and linens. There is a separate setting for large/bulky items, like my comforters. I love having the pedestals underneath the washer/dryer, too. It gives me storage for all of my laundry detergents, and those stray socks, etc. I have to say I don't mind doing laundry at all since I got this washer and dryer.

I did a lot of research and this LG dryer was highly rated no matter where I looked. It was also on sale when I purchased. This is the first time I've bought a large appliance from Best Buy and I am happy with the price, service and the LG product from Best Buy.

This dryer is quiet and gets the job done. It has a steamer which I haven't used yet but looks pretty simple to operate.

I am pleased with all the features that are available. I have not tried them all yet, however. The Cotton setting is very HOT when the clothes come out. A hamper is definitely needed to move the clothes for folding. I hope this does not effect my clothes over time quicker than normal.

Have has LG for past 8 years without issues so my purchase was obvious.
